背景技术
现有技术中，采用常规的冲切方式生产的柔性集成线路板的插接端口处通常由于切割而存在毛刺机残留胶，从而影响了接插效果，成品率大大下降。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种手动切边治具，以实现冲切后柔性线路板产品的切边，提高产品的合格率。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种手动切边治具，包括定位板，所述定位板上设置有定位销以及限位块；还包括压料板，所述压料板上设置有对应所述定位销的定位孔；还包括切刀，所述切刀对应制品的待切余料。
优选的，还包括衬板，所述衬板位于所述定位板的底部。
优选的，所述限位块构成的区域与制品的外形一致。
通过上述技术方案，本实用新型提供的一种手动切边治具，其通过限位块定位制品，并通过压料板压住制品，然后通过切刀手动将露在定位板外侧的待切余料切除形成废料，可以迅速高效的对冲切后产品进行切边修整，大大提高了产品合格率。
