背景技术
传统的冲裁机只单独针对产品的裁切工艺，对产品进行裁切后，其所剩的边角料往往需要工人进行收集，工人在机器边工作时边收集边角料具有一定的危险性，且工人收集后还需对其进行管理储存，花费大量的人力物力，同时大量的边角料储存也相当占用空间，不利于企业的生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对已有的技术现状，提供一种带边料回收装置的冲裁机，以便将边角料进行输送并统一回收处理。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型为一种带边料回收装置的冲裁机，包括主机、裁料台、裁切机构，所述裁料台位于主机一侧，裁切机构位于主机中部，其特征在于：所述主机上方设有一输送带，输送带后方连接着废料箱。
所述输送带两侧各设有一挡板。
所述废料箱上方设有一鼓风扇，下方设有一搅拌机。
本实用新型的优点在于：通过输送带对边角料进行回收处理，形成一条循环流水线，无需专人对边角料进行管理、处理及专设场地对边角料进行破碎和储存，不仅有效的节约了人力物力，同时节省了大量的储存空间，有利于企业的良性生产，其高效、经济、环保。

请参阅图1所示，系为本实用新型之较佳实施例的结构示意图，本实用新型为一种带边料回收装置的冲裁机，包括主机1、裁料台2、裁切机构11，所述裁料台2位于主机一侧1，裁切机构11位于主机1中部、裁料台11上方一侧，包装盒放于裁料台2的台面上，由裁切机构11对包装盒进行裁切，所述主机1上方设有一输送带3，用于输送裁切后的边角料，而输送带3后方连接着废料箱4，为边角料进入搅拌机5的中转站，避免边角料由输送带3出来后散落地上。
所述输送带3两侧各设有一挡板31，防止边角料由输送带3上散落。
所述废料箱4上方设有一鼓风扇41，下方设有一搅拌机5，鼓风扇41对部分较湿的边角料有一定的烘干作用，同时将边角料吹进搅拌机5，避免边角料贴于废料箱的箱壁。

1.一种带边料回收装置的冲裁机，包括主机（1）、裁料台（2）、裁切机构（11），所述裁料台（2）位于主机一侧（1），裁切机构（11）位于主机（1）中部，其特征在于：所述主机（1）上方设有一输送带（3），输送带（3）后方连接着废料箱（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带边料回收装置的冲裁机，其特征在于：所述输送带（3）两侧各设有一挡板（31）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带边料回收装置的冲裁机，其特征在于：所述废料箱（4）上方设有一鼓风扇（41），下方设有一搅拌机（5）。
