背景技术
    炉膛是焊接炉的心脏,为了实现焊接过程中的快速冷却,现在普遍使用的结构是在炉膛的外面加焊密封的水套,在水套中通以循环水。
    由于水套中的循环水是有一定的压力,而且炉膛的工作环境有一定的弱酸性,现有的结构的炉膛的寿命一般为3年,主要的失效形式为水渗漏。

实用新型目的:本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种焊接炉免水套炉膛。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
    一种焊接炉免水套炉膛,炉膛的***设有铝型材套,铝型材套内设有循环水管道。
    为了提高连接的稳固性,所述铝型材套通过紧固螺栓连接在炉膛的***。
    为了方便冷却,循环水管道的进水口和出水口均露在铝型材套外。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,焊接炉免水套炉膛,炉膛1的***设有铝型材套2,铝型材套2内设有循环水管3;所述铝型材套2通过紧固螺栓6连接在炉膛1的***;循环水管道3的进水口4和出水口5均露在铝型材套2外。
工作原理::通过紧固螺栓6将铝型材套2固定于炉膛1上,冷却水从水管进水口4进入循环通道,从出水口5流出,以保证炉膛充分冷却。
