背景技术
普通的三通管道连接，是工业和生活用水中最常见的一种管件，但是对于以地热为能源的热源泵等特殊的场合，管件的连接需要的结构相对更加复杂，尤其是在地底狭小的空间，需要不断的简化安装，而且密封性要求更高，因此H型四通正是基于热源泵需要的连接管件。已有的H型四通连接管在制造时，由于H型四通连接管的中连接管无法抽芯，通常先采用注塑模具分别制造左右两个相对称的三通管，在两个三通管之间通过一个连接管或是用胶水使其连接成一个整体的H型四通连接管，采用连接管相连零部件多，制造、安装麻烦，生产成本高，而采用胶水粘接，可靠性差，工人在用胶水粘接时劳动强度大。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种制造方便，产品整体性好，外形美观，结构强度高的整体式H型四通连接管。
本实用新型整体式H型四通连接管的技术方案是：包括H型四通本体，在四通本体中制有左上连接管、右上连接管、左下连接管、右下连接管和中连接管，其特征在于：所述中连接管中设有不锈钢材料制成的中空管，在中空管两头制有凹弧口，凹弧口与注塑模具中的抽芯外壁相接触。

本实用新型涉及一种整体式H型四通连接管，如图1—图3所示，包括H型四通本体1，在四通本体中制有左上连接管11、右上连接管12、左下连接管13、右下连接管14和中连接管15，其特征在于：所述中连接管15中设有不锈钢材料制成的中空管2，在中空管两头制有凹弧口21，凹弧口与注塑模具中的抽芯外壁相接触。在注塑模具制造四通连接管时，将不锈钢材料制成的中空管2作为嵌件设置在模具中，在中空管的两头制有凹弧口21，凹弧口与注塑模具的圆形抽芯外壁相接触，这样四通连接管在注塑成型后，在中空管外壁形成中连接管15，圆形抽芯外形成左上、右上、左下、右下连接管11、12、13、14，开模时，将左上、右上、左下、右下连接管中的圆形抽芯脱出，而中空管2仍留在中连接管15内，无需进行抽芯，制造方便，H型四通连接管整体性好，外形美观，并克服了已有中连接管15处无法抽芯的技术难题，而且不锈钢材料制成的中空管2能起到加强整体结构的强度，保证使用寿命。
