本实用新型涉及管道连接技术，特别是一种用于大口径管道连接的装置。
背景技术
现在，管道之间的连接方法很多，其中主要有焊接连接、螺纹连接、法兰连接、承插连接等等；其中的每一种连接又有许许多多的技术方法。过去的承插连接，是把管道的一头做成承插口，把另一根管道***后灌入（或者是打入、填入、挤入）填料。填料有麻丝、橡胶圈、铅、水泥、塑料等等非常多样。这些连接方法都各有优、缺点。但是，他们的不足点是对钢管、工程塑料管等等外表光滑的管道连接都不很适应。通常，钢管、工程塑料管等等外表光滑管道的连接就是采用焊接方法连接的。但是，在没有电的野外，焊接就很不方便；还有，焊接管道，不得不考虑焊接成本问题，比如，焊接大口径碳钢与不锈钢的复合管道，其方法比较复杂、成本昂贵。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大口径管道连接装置，通过巧妙的套管结构设计，有效的将外表光滑的大口径管道进行连接，操作方便，效果显著，成本低廉，易于维护。
具体技术方案：
一种大口径管道连接装置，是由套管、填料构成。两两大口径管道连接端套有套管，套管与两两大口径管道之间设有填料。套管内壁两端各设凸起的挡圈。挡圈凸起端与两大口径管道端口之间保持间隙内，以方便填料的装入，同时防止干燥后的填料掉出而影响密封。
本实用新型采用内设挡圈的套管，再配与相应的填料，有效的将外表光滑的大口径管道进行连接，操作方便，效果显著，成本低廉，易于维护。

具体实施方式：
一种大口径管道连接装置，是由套管1和填料4构成。两两大口径管道2、3连接端套有套管1，套管1与两两大口径管道2、3之间设有填料4，套管1内壁两端各设凸起的挡圈5，挡圈5凸起端与两大口径管道端口之间保持间隙，以方便填料4的装入，同时防止干燥后的填料掉出而影响密封。
