本实用新型公开了一种轴承装置,包括轴承座、安装于轴承座内的轴承和主轴,主轴上配合有轴承套圈,轴承套圈一侧与轴承内圈相抵,另一侧通过锁紧螺母与主轴锁紧,轴承套圈设有凹槽,轴承座上有凸环,凸环与凹槽相互配合形成迷宫,轴承座上设有注油嘴和注油孔,注油嘴和注油孔相连,注油孔与迷宫相连通。本实用新型通过轴承套圈上的凹槽和轴承座上的凸环相互配合形成的迷宫及与迷宫相连通的注油孔和注油嘴的设置,在重污染工况下有良好的密封效果。

本实用新型公开了一种轴承装置。
背景技术
目前的轴承装置的主轴与轴承座配合的密封形式主要是间隙密封,即在主轴和轴承座之间留有一个密封狭缝,可以满足一般的密封要求,但这种密封形式无法适用于重污染工况,对于抵挡外界灰尘、防止润滑脂泄漏方面并不理想,而用户对轴承装置的防水、防尘、防漏脂的性能要求越来越高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种在重污染工况下有良好密封效果的轴承装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种轴承装置,包括轴承座、安装于轴承座内的轴承和主轴,所述的主轴上配合有轴承套圈,所述的轴承套圈一侧与轴承内圈相抵,另一侧通过锁紧螺母与主轴锁紧,所述的轴承套圈设有凹槽,所述的轴承座上有凸环,凸环与凹槽相互配合形成迷宫,所述的轴承座上设有注油嘴和注油孔,所述的注油嘴和注油孔相连,所述的注油孔与迷宫相连通。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过轴承套圈上的凹槽和轴承座上的凸环相互配合形成的迷宫及与迷宫相连通的注油孔和注油嘴的设置,在重污染工况下有良好的密封效果。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1所示,一种轴承装置,包括轴承座1、安装于轴承座1内的轴承2和主轴3,所述的主轴3上配合有轴承套圈4,所述的轴承套圈4一侧与轴承内圈21相抵,另一侧通过锁紧螺母5与主轴3锁紧,所述的轴承套圈4设有凹槽41,所述的轴承座1上有凸环11,凸环11与凹槽41相互配合形成迷宫,所述的轴承座1上设有注油嘴6和注油孔7,所述的注油嘴6和注油孔7相连,所述的注油孔7与迷宫相连通。
在普通工况下,依靠迷宫密封可以防止外界的灰尘杂质进入,同时又能防止润滑脂的泄漏,在重污染的工况下,可以向注油嘴6注入油脂,油脂顺着注油孔7进入迷宫密封通道,使轴承装置在重污染工况下有良好的密封效果。

1.一种轴承装置,包括轴承座(1)、安装于轴承座(1)内的轴承(2)和主轴(3),其特征在于:所述的主轴(3)上配合有轴承套圈(4),所述的轴承套圈(4)一侧与轴承内圈(21)相抵,另一侧通过锁紧螺母(5)与主轴(3)锁紧,所述的轴承套圈(4)设有凹槽(41),所述的轴承座(1)上有凸环(11),凸环(11)与凹槽(41)相互配合形成迷宫,所述的轴承座(1)上设有注油嘴(6)和注油孔(7),所述的注油嘴(6)和注油孔(7)相连,所述的注油孔(7)与迷宫相连通。
