本实用新型公开了一种过滤器，包括筒体和装于筒体内部的过滤网，筒体设有进料口、出料口和排污口，筒体上部设有喷淋口，喷淋口下部连接有喷淋头，进料口和过滤网之间设有网眼板。本实用新型通过筒体内喷淋口的设置，可以防止过滤网堵塞；通过网眼板的设置，可以减小液体对过滤网的冲击，提高过滤效果。

本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，属于化工设备领域。
背景技术
现有用于含有泥沙等沉淀物液体的提纯的过滤器，一般采用将过滤网置于过滤器的筒体内，将需要过滤的液体通过过滤网，干净的液体通过筒体上方的出料口流出，泥沙等杂质被截留在过滤网上。这种装置极易堵塞过滤网，且当液体流速过大时，会对过滤网形成直接冲击，甚至损坏过滤网，影响过滤效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种过滤效果好且易冲洗的过滤器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种过滤器，包括筒体和装于筒体内部的过滤网，所述的筒体设有进料口、出料口和排污口，所述的筒体上部设有喷淋口，所述的喷淋口下部连接有喷淋头，所述的进料口和过滤网之间设有网眼板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过筒体内喷淋口的设置，可以防止过滤网堵塞；通过网眼板的设置，可以减小液体对过滤网的冲击，提高过滤效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1所示，一种过滤器，包括筒体1和装于筒体1内部的过滤网2，所述的筒体1设有进料口11、出料口12和排污口13，所述的筒体1上部设有喷淋口14，所述的喷淋口14下部连接有喷淋头4，所述的进料口11和过滤网2之间设有网眼板3。
当液体通过进料口11进入筒体1后，上升的液体会碰到网眼板3，通过网眼板3上的网眼孔31后流速降低，减小了对过滤网2的冲击，同时使得液体分布均匀，提高了过滤效果。液体经过滤网2过滤后通过出料口12流出筒体1，液体中的泥沙一部分沉淀在网眼板3上或筒体1底部，一部分附着在过滤网2上，当残留在过滤网2上的泥沙较多时，可通过外部引水进入喷淋口14，通过喷淋头4对过滤网2进行冲刷即可，冲刷下来的泥沙经排污口13排出。

1.一种过滤器，包括筒体（1）和装于筒体（1）内部的过滤网（2），所述的筒体（1）设有进料口（11）、出料口（12）和排污口（13），其特征在于：所述的筒体（1）上部设有喷淋口（14），所述的喷淋口（14）下部连接有喷淋头（4），所述的进料口（11）和过滤网（2）之间设有网眼板（3）。
