本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，属于工业设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前，过滤器的应用范围越来越广，类型也越来越多。用于含有泥沙等沉淀物液体的提纯，一般采用将过滤网置于过滤罐内，将需要过滤的液体通过过滤网，干净的液体通过罐体下方的出液口流出，泥沙等杂质被截留在过滤网上。这种装置极易堵塞过滤网，影响过滤效果，并且清洗时需要停止过滤，影响工作效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种不易堵塞过滤网且易冲洗的过滤器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种过滤器，包括罐体和罐盖，罐体和罐盖通过法兰连接，所述罐体内设有过滤网，所述罐体上设有进液口和出液口，其特征是，所述进液口位于过滤网的下方，所述出液口位于过滤网的上方，所述罐盖上端设有进液口A，所述罐体底端设有残渣出口。
所述罐体内进液口A的的端部设有喷头。
使用时，待过滤的液体通过进液口进入罐体内，经过滤网过滤后通过出液口流出罐体，液体中的泥沙一部分沉淀在罐体底部，一部分通过过滤网拦截下来，当泥沙较多时，打开残渣出口使其排出即可；当过滤网被泥沙堵塞时，通过进液口A引入水等冲刷液体，对过滤网进行冲刷即可，所述进液口A的端部设有喷头，使其冲刷更加均匀。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是，该种过滤器，结构简单，操作方便，不易堵塞过滤网，且冲刷方便。

如图1所示，该过滤器，包括罐体6和罐盖2，罐体6和罐盖2通过法兰连接，所述罐体6内设有过滤网5，所述罐体6上设有进液口8和出液口4，所述进液口8位于过滤网5的下方，所述出液口4位于过滤网5的上方，所述罐盖2上端设有进液口A1，所述罐体6底端设有残渣出口7。
所述罐体6内进液口A1的端部设有喷头3。

1.一种过滤器，包括罐体(6)和罐盖(2)，罐体(6)和罐盖(2)通过法兰连接，所述罐体(6)内设有过滤网(5)，所述罐体(6)上设有进液口(8)和出液口(4)，其特征是，所述进液口(8)位于过滤网(5)的下方，所述出液口(4)位于过滤网(5)的上方，所述罐盖(2)上端设有进液口A(1)，所述罐体(6)底端设有残渣出口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器，其特征是，所述罐体(6)内进液口A(1)的端部设有喷头(3)。
