本实用新型涉及一种链传动往复运动机构。该过链传动往复运动机构由主动链轮1、从动链轮2、链条3、特殊链节4、往复移动块5和移动块导轨6组成；在往复移动块5上有一个“n”形拨叉，在链条3上有一个特殊链节4，特殊链节4的长销轴401长于普通链节的销轴301，长销轴401安装在往复移动块5上的“n”形拨叉中；当主动链轮1转动时，带动链条3及从动链轮2运动，链条3上特殊链节4上的长销轴401拨动往复移动块5实现往复运动。

 本实用新型涉及一种往复运动机构，具体地讲是一种链传动往复运动机构。
背景技术
往复运动是机械设备中的常见的运动方式之一，常用的往复运动机构有曲柄滑块机构、凸轮机构等，但当往复运动的距离较大时，这些机构的结构尺寸会变得很大，因此需要一种能实现长距离往复运动且结构较小的机械传动机构。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的是提供一种链传动往复运动机构。
本实用新型的技术方案：该链传动往复运动机构由主动链轮（1）、从动链轮（2）、链条（3）、特殊链节（4）、往复移动块（5）和移动块导轨（6）组成；在往复移动块（5）上有一个“n”形拨叉，在链条（3）上有一个特殊链节（4），特殊链节（4）的长销轴（401）长于普通链节的销轴（301），长销轴（401）安装在往复移动块（5）上的“n”形拨叉中，用来拨动往复移动块（5），实现往复运动。
有益效果：该链传动往复运动机构结构简单，制造容易，往复运动的距离较大时机构尺寸较小。

1—主动链轮，2—从动链轮，3—链条，301—销轴，302—外链板，303—内链板，304—套筒，305—滚子，4—特殊链节，401—长销轴，5—往复移动块，6—移动块导轨。

从图1、图2和图3可以看出该链传动往复运动机构的结构特征，该链传动往复运动机构由主动链轮1、从动链轮2、链条3、特殊链节4、往复移动块5和移动块导轨6组成；在往复移动块5上有一个“n”形拨叉，在链条3上有一个特殊链节4，特殊链节4的长销轴401长于普通链节的销轴301，长销轴401安装在动往复移动块5上的“n”形拨叉中；当主动链轮1转动时，带动链条3及从动链轮2运动，链条3上特殊链节4上的长销轴401拨动往复移动块5实现往复运动。
为了使长销轴401拨动往复移动块5时将滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦，还可以在长销轴401上安装一个滚动轴承。

1.一种链传动往复运动机构，其特征是：由主动链轮（1）、从动链轮（2）、链条（3）、特殊链节（4）、往复移动块（5）和移动块导轨（6）组成；在往复移动块（5）上有一个“n”形拨叉，在链条（3）上有一个特殊链节（4），特殊链节（4）的长销轴（401）长于普通链节的销轴（301），长销轴（401）安装在往复移动块（5）上的“n”形拨叉中，用来拨动往复移动块（5），实现往复运动。
