本实用新型公开了一种用于冷却水塔的水处理装置,包括冷却水塔、蓄水池、热交换器、上循环水管、下循环水管、循环泵浦和零加药水处理装置,所述零加药水处理装置包括依次经水管连接的能量预过滤器、纤维过滤器和磁化器,所述能量预过滤器进水口经水管与所述上循环水管连接,所述磁化器出水口经水管与所述上循环水管连接。本实用新型无需化学处理,节省了投药成本;废水排放量小,有效保护了环境;减少了热交换损失,节省能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于冷却水塔的水处理装置,属于水处理领域。
背景技术
随着经济的迅猛发展、人口的增长,缺水现象和水质恶化问题越来越突出。因此,节约用水、做好水处理、提高工业循环水及商业用水的重复利用率尤为重要。
目前,对工业循环水及商业用水的处理,其核心问题就是选择采用优质安全的水处理剂,利用水处理化学药剂控制循环冷却水水质的技术。因而对水处理药剂的研究和应用一直是当前水处理工作的热点。但工业循环水及商业用水给水不管是地表水(如河水、湖水、水库水)还是地下水(如井水、泉水、自来水)都含有杂质,如悬浮物、藻类物质,如不采取预防措施,就会在热交换面上沉积,结下水垢。一旦结垢,就会降低热交换率,腐蚀设备和管路危及安全生产。因此对工业循环水及商业用水进行处理是很必要的,也是节能减排所必须的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低、零加药的用于冷却水塔的水处理装置。
为实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于冷却水塔的水处理装置,包括冷却水塔、蓄水池、热交换器、上循环水管、下循环水管和循环泵浦,所述冷却水塔设置于所述蓄水池上方,所述冷却水塔上端设有冷却风扇,所述蓄水池出水口经所述循环泵浦和所述下循环水管与所述热交换器进水口连接,所述热交换器出水口与所述上循环水管连接,所述上循环水管出水口设置于所述冷却水塔内,它还包括零加药水处理装置,所述零加药水处理装置包括依次经水管连接的能量预过滤器、纤维过滤器和磁化器,所述能量预过滤器进水口经水管与所述上循环水管连接,所述磁化器出水口经水管与所述上循环水管连接,且所述能量预过滤器进水口与所述上循环水管连接端位于所述磁化器出水口与所述上循环水管连接端之前。
优选的,所述能量预过滤器与所述纤维过滤器之间还设有一泵。
优选的,所述磁化器出水口与所述上循环水管之间和所述能量预过滤器进水口与所述上循环水管之间均设有一阀门。
工作时,将两个阀门打开,循环水通过循环泵浦送至热交换器进行处理,然后从热交换器中出来,依次进入能量预过滤器、纤维过滤器7和磁化器,使循环水进行过滤和磁化,最后再回送至冷却水塔中;如无需对循环水进行过滤和磁化处理,只需将两个阀门1关闭。
其中,泵用于使循环水从零加药水处理装置中进入上循环水管。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、无需化学处理,节省了投药成本;
2、减少了废水排放;
3、减少了热交换损失,节省能源;
4、减少了设备因水垢造成的损害,保证设备正常使用率,及使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,该用于冷却水塔的水处理装置包括蓄水池1,冷却水塔2,循环泵浦3,热交换器4,能量预过滤器5,泵6,纤维过滤器7,磁化器8,上循环水管9,下循环水管10和阀门11;冷却水塔2设置于蓄水池1上方,冷却水塔2上端设有冷却风扇21,蓄水池1出水口经循环泵浦3和下循环水管10与热交换器4进水口连接,热交换器4出水口与上循环水管9连接,上循环水管9出水口设置于冷却水塔2内,能量预过滤器5、泵6、纤维过滤器7和磁化器8通过水管依次连接,能量预过滤器5进水口经水管与上循环水管9连接,磁化器8出水端经水管与上循环水管9连接,且能量预过滤器5进水口与上循环水管连接端92位于磁化器出水口与上循环水管9连接端91之前。其中。磁化器8与上循环水管9之间和能量预过滤器5与上循环水管9之间均设有一阀门11。
工作时,将两个阀门11打开,循环水通过循环泵浦3送至热交换器4进行处理,然后从热交换器4中出来,依次进入能量预过滤器5、纤维过滤器7和磁化器8,使循环水进行过滤和磁化,最后再回送至冷却水塔2中;如无需对循环水进行过滤和磁化处理,只需将两个阀门11关闭。

1.一种用于冷却水塔的水处理装置,包括冷却水塔、蓄水池、热交换器、上循环水管、下循环水管和循环泵浦,所述冷却水塔设置于所述蓄水池上方,所述冷却水塔上端设有冷却风扇,所述蓄水池出水口经所述循环泵浦和所述下循环水管与所述热交换器进水口连接,所述热交换器出水口与所述上循环水管连接,所述上循环水管出水口设置于所述冷却水塔内,其特征在于,它还包括零加药水处理装置,所述零加药水处理装置包括依次经水管连接的能量预过滤器、纤维过滤器和磁化器,所述能量预过滤器进水口经水管与所述上循环水管连接,所述磁化器出水口经水管与所述上循环水管连接,且所述能量预过滤器进水口与所述上循环水管连接端位于所述磁化器出水口与所述上循环水管连接端之前。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷却水塔的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述能量预过滤器与所述纤维过滤器之间还设有一泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷却水塔的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述磁化器出水口与所述上循环水管之间和所述能量预过滤器进水口与所述上循环水管之间均设有一阀门。
