Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种两用电锯,包括电锯机座、电锯主体、以及连接电锯机座与电锯主体的连接机构,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括固定连接电锯机座的连接杆,与连接杆轴接的电锯支力柱,安装在电锯支力柱上控制电锯主体水平移动的滑行杆,一端连接滑行杆、另一端连接电锯主体的调节电锯主体以滑行杆为轴心转动的电锯角度调节器;所述电锯机座包括可拆卸的上盖和具有容纳电锯主体的容腔的机架。本实用新型结构紧凑,使用方便,可以在台式电锯和座式电锯之间切换。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电锯领域,尤其是一种两用电锯。
背景技术
在室内外装修的装修中,人们需要对木器进行精确加工。在家具制作等工作中,经常会使用到两种电鋸。一种是座式电锯、另一种是台式电锯。这两种电锯都可以达到精确加工的目的。座式电锯用于横向切割朩料,台式电锯用于切割板材等。由于不同的切割需要,在同一个地点中往往需要使用到多种类型的电锯,台式电锯和座式电锯的使用频率很大。由于工作场地流动性大,携带两种电锯很不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,就是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种两用电锯。其能作为座式电锯和台式电锯使用,在两种工作状态之间进行切换,结构紧凑,使用方便,节省了购买成本,提高了工作效率。
为了达到上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种两用电锯,包括电锯机座、电锯主体、以及连接电锯机座与电锯主体的连接机构,所述连接机构包括固定连接电锯机座的连接杆,与连接杆轴接的电锯支力柱,安装在电锯支力柱上控制电锯主体水平移动的滑行杆,一端连接滑行杆、另一端连接电锯主体的调节电锯主体以滑行杆为轴心转动的电锯角度调节器;所述电锯机座包括可拆卸的上盖和具有容纳电锯主体的容腔的机架。
进一步地,所述滑行杆包括滑杆和供滑杆移动的导筒,所述滑杆穿过导筒与电锯主体连接,所述导筒通过紧固螺钉、定位销钉与电锯支力柱连接。
进一步地,所述机架包括具有容纳电锯主体的容腔的调节机架和设于调节机架外部、固定调节机架的固定机架。
进一步地,所述上盖包括可拆卸的调节机架上盖和可拆卸的固定机架上盖。
进一步地,所述连接杆连接至调节机架的容腔外壁中部。
进一步地,所述调节机架底部设有控制其绕容腔中轴自转的滑轮。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型可以在座式和台式电锯之间进行切换,用户通过本实用新型结构紧凑,使用方便,可以节约成本,同时方便携带。
另外,机座底部设有滑轮,在机座上盖不移动的情况下,可以调节电锯刀片的位置,对物料进行不同方向的切割。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本实用新型做进一步说明:
请参阅图1,其为本实用新型所述的两用电锯作座式电锯使用时的结构示意图。其包括电锯机座、电锯主体102、以及连接电锯机座与电锯主体102的连接机构。所述连接机构包括固定连接电锯机座的连接杆116,与连接杆116轴接的电锯支力柱109,安装在电锯支力柱109上控制电锯主体102水平移动的滑行杆111,一端连接滑行杆111、另一端连接电锯主体102的调节电锯主体102以滑行杆111为轴心转动的电锯角度调节器110。
电锯主体102包括了电锯锯片101和马达。所述电锯角度调节器110与电锯主体102轴接,与电锯支力柱109轴接。电锯角度调节器110令电锯主体102沿滑行杆111的轴向方向旋转调节电锯锯片101的切割或放置方向。所述电锯机座包括可拆卸的上盖和具有容纳电锯主体102的容腔的机架。所述机架包括具有容纳电锯主体的容腔的调节机架112和设于调节机架112外部、固定调节机架112的固定机架113。
所述滑行杆111包括滑杆和供滑杆移动的轨道。所述轨道为中空的筒状结构的导筒。所述滑杆穿过导筒与电锯主体102连接,所述导筒通过紧固螺钉105和定位销钉106与电锯支力柱109连接。
为了电锯主体102能放入容腔,所述连接杆116连接至调节机架112的容腔外壁中部。当松动紧固螺钉105、拉动定位销钉106时,可以调节滑行杆111和电锯支力柱109轴接的夹角。当松动紧固螺钉108、拉动定位销钉107时,就可以使电锯升高到能滿足座式电锯高度的要求或降低到能滿足台式电锯的要求。
请参阅图1—图4,当本实施例作为台式电锯使用时,先揭开电锯机座的上盖,所述上盖包括可拆卸的调节机架上盖104和可拆卸的固定机架上盖103。调节机架上盖104设有与电锯锯片101对应的开口。松动电锯角度调节器110的紧固螺钉115和定位销钉114,把电锯主体102旋转180度至电锯锯片101朝向为上。拉动定位销钉107,松动螺钉108,把电锯支力柱109推平使滑行杆111直立向上,电锯支力柱109与滑行杆垂直。松动螺钉105和拉动定位销钉106把滑行杆111拉下至水平位置。推动滑杆把电锯主体102推进调节机架112的容腔,盖上电锯机座的上盖,此时本实施例即可以作为台式电锯使用。
所述调节机架112底部设有控制其绕容腔中轴自转的滑轮。通过滑轮可以在固定机架上盖103不动的情况下,改变锯片的切割方向,满足不同的切割方向需求。

Claims (6)

1.一种两用电锯,包括电锯机座、电锯主体、以及连接电锯机座与电锯主体的连接机构,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括固定连接电锯机座的连接杆,与连接杆轴接的电锯支力柱,安装在电锯支力柱上控制电锯主体水平移动的滑行杆,一端连接滑行杆、另一端连接电锯主体的调节电锯主体以滑行杆为轴心转动的电锯角度调节器;所述电锯机座包括可拆卸的上盖和具有容纳电锯主体的容腔的机架。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的两用电锯,其特征在于:所述滑行杆包括滑杆和供滑杆移动的导筒,所述滑杆穿过导筒与电锯主体连接,所述导筒通过紧固螺钉、定位销钉与电锯支力柱连接。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的两用电锯,其特征在于:所述机架包括具有容纳电锯主体的容腔的调节机架和设于调节机架外部、固定调节机架的固定机架。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的两用电锯,其特征在于:所述上盖包括可拆卸的调节机架上盖和可拆卸的固定机架上盖。 
5.根据权利要求3所述的两用电锯,其特征在于:所述连接杆连接至调节机架的容腔外壁中部。 
6.根据权利要求3所述的两用电锯,其特征在于:所述调节机架底部设有控制其绕容腔中轴自转的滑轮。
