背景技术
现有用于室外的通信光缆由于结构方面的原因,其防鸟啄性能较差,光缆容易遭鸟啄而损坏,缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有室外通信光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型防鸟啄色标光缆,具有良好的防鸟啄性能,不易遭鸟啄而损坏,适应在室外场合使用。
本实用新型提供的新型防鸟啄色标光缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有由光纤、纤膏、光纤套管共同构成的光纤单元以及中心加强件、填充绳,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有扎纱层、内护套和皱纹钢带层,外护套的结构为纵向等间距设有数条黄色色标的红色护套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在缆芯与外护套之间设有扎纱层、内护套和皱纹钢带层,增强了光缆的防鸟啄性能;而外护套的结构为纵向等间距设有数条黄色色标的红色护套,在光缆表面形成能够使鸟害怕的组合颜色,不敢再飞落在光缆表面啃啄光缆,使光缆不易损坏,延长使用寿命。

参照图1,在光纤8、纤膏9外设置光纤套管7共同构成光纤单元12,将光纤单元12与中心加强件10、填充绳11一起绞合制成缆芯4,再在缆芯4外依次包覆扎纱层6、内护套5、皱纹钢带层3,在皱纹钢带层3外采用红色护套料和黄色护套料包覆纵向等间距设有数条黄色色标1的红色外护套2,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种新型防鸟啄色标光缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有由光纤、纤膏、光纤套管共同构成的光纤单元以及中心加强件、填充绳,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有扎纱层、内护套和皱纹钢带层,外护套的结构为纵向等间距设有数条黄色色标的红色护套。
