本实用新型属于内燃机中冷器技术领域,具体地说是一种中冷器主片与边板结构。包括主片和边板,其中主片的两端均设有弯头,所述边板的两端均设有豁口和凸起,芯体装配时,所述主片两端的弯头分别***两个边板一端的豁口内、并下行接触到凸起,进而主片两端的弯头变形,将主片和边板固定连接。本实用新型主片与边板固定到一起,免去主片和边板利用氩弧焊焊到一起的工序。

本实用新型属于内燃机中冷器技术领域,具体地说是一种中冷器主片与边板结构。 
背景技术
中冷器是涡轮增压器发动机冷却***的一个重要部件,随着汽车制造业的发展,和环保的要求,中冷器的需求量也在不断增大,但是还有许多不足之处制约着生产效率和产品质量的提高。传统中冷器的主片和边板为平直的如图1a-3c所示,中冷器芯体装配后钎焊前,需要周转到氩弧焊工序把主片和边板焊接到一起。 
由于中冷器芯体频繁周转,芯体难免磕碰并且降低了生产效率。 
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种中冷器主片与边板结构。该中冷器主片与边板结构装配后免去中冷器芯体钎焊前氩弧焊焊四角工序。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种中冷器主片与边板结构,包括主片和边板,其中主片的两端均设有弯头,所述边板的两端均设有豁口和凸起,芯体装配时,所述主片两端的弯头分别***两个边板一端的豁口内、并下行接触到凸起,进而主片两端的弯头变形,将主片和边板固定连接。 
所述弯头与主片垂直。所述豁口和凸起沿长度方向依次设置于边板的端部,所述豁口靠近边板端部一侧。 
本实用新型的优点及有益效果是: 
1.本实用新型芯体装配后,主片与边板固定到一起免去主片和边板利用氩弧焊焊到一起的工序。 
2.本实用新型减少周转工序,避免磕碰,提高生产效率。

其中:1为现有主片,2为现有边板,3为主片,4为弯头,5为边板,6为豁口,7为凸起。 
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。 
如图4a-6c所示,本实用新型包括主片3和边板5,其中主片3的两端均设有90°弯头4,即弯头4与主片3垂直。边板5的两端均设有豁口6和凸起7,豁口6和凸起7沿长度方向依次设置,豁口6靠近边板5的端部一侧。 
芯体装配时,所述主片3两端的弯头4分别***两个边板5一端的豁口6内、并下行接触到相应的凸起7,进而主片3两端的弯头4变形,将主片3和边板5固定连接。

1.一种中冷器主片与边板结构,其特征在于:包括主片(3)和边板(5),其中主片(3)的两端均设有弯头(4),所述边板(5)的两端均设有豁口(6)和凸起(7),芯体装配时,所述主片(3)两端的弯头(4)分别***两个边板(5)一端的豁口(6)内、并下行接触到凸起(7),进而主片(3)两端的弯头(4)变形,将主片(3)和边板(5)固定连接。

3.按权利要求1所述的中冷器主片与边板结构,其特征在于:所述豁口(6)和凸起(7)沿长度方向依次设置于边板(5)的端部,所述豁口(6)靠近边板(5)端部一侧。
