本实用新型涉及LED前雾灯技术领域,具体涉及一种新型汽车LED前雾灯。
背景技术
前照***主要用于夜晚或恶劣环境下的道路照明.夜间的行车量占总行车量的25%,而发生在夜间的交通事故却占总交通事故的47%,导致夜间交通事故频频发生有诸多原因,前雾灯性能的衰退是其中的一个主要原因.传统的前雾灯光源有白炽灯,卤素灯及高强度气体放电灯(High IntensityDischarge Lamps,HID),白炽灯和卤素灯的使用寿命一般只有几百个小时,HID的使用寿命也只有几千个小时.因此,寻求一种新型耐用的光源来取代传统的光源对提高前雾灯的性能以及减少大雾天气交通事故的发生有积极的作用。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种使用寿命长、且安装便捷的新型汽车LED前雾灯。
本实用新型解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:提供一种新型汽车LED前雾灯,包括LED灯组(1)、铝基板(2)、以及散热器(3),LED焊接在铝基板(2)上;散热器(3)的截面为Z字形结构,LED灯组(1)呈分体结构且分别设置在散热器(3)上。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述散热器(3)包括铝板散热片(31)和安装面板(32),铝板散热片(31)与安装面板(32)垂直及水平设置,形成截面为Z字形结构的散热器(3)。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述铝基板(2)包括透镜铝基板(21)和灯杯铝基板(22),且透镜铝基板(21)与灯杯铝基板(22)设置在安装面板(32)上。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述LED灯组包括至少一个LED透镜(11),LED透镜(11)由一个球面的折射面(12)组成。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述LED透镜(11)的外壁面延伸出第一定位孔(110),所述铝板安装面板(32)设有第一定位柱(320),第一定位孔(110)与第一定位柱(320)插合。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述LED透镜(11)的水平方向的发散角是20°。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述LED灯组包括至少一个LED灯杯(13),LED灯杯(13)由多块并排设置的反射面(14)组成。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述LED灯杯(13)的外壁面延伸出第二定位柱(130),所述铝板散热片(31)设有第二定位孔(310),第二定位柱(130)与第二定位孔(310)插合。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述LED灯杯(13)水平方向的发散角是20°。
本实用新型的技术方案相对于现有技术,取得的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型所述的汽车LED前雾灯,采用LED灯组使用LED光源。LED相对于传统的白炽灯,卤素灯及高强度气体放电灯,使用寿命更长并且散热量更小,节约能源。
(2)本实用新型所述的汽车LED前雾灯,它的LED透镜与LED灯杯组是分体设计,且分别设置在散热器上。因此,其拆装更加便捷。
(3)本实用新型所述的汽车LED前雾灯,它的散热器包括铝板散热片和安装面板,铝板散热片与安装面板垂直及水平设置。安装面板用于固定铝基板,同时也便于铝基板产生热量快速地传递至铝板散热片,从而延长LED的使用寿命。
(4)本实用新型所述的新型汽车LED前雾灯,LED灯组通过定位柱与定位孔的插合方式,固定在散热器上,安装便捷。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型所述的新型汽车LED前雾灯,包括LED灯组1、控制铝基板2、以及散热器3,LED灯组1包括至少一个LED透镜11及一个LED灯杯13。LED焊接在铝基板2上。散热器3的截面为Z字形结构,LED灯组呈分体结构且分别设置在散热器3上。优选地,LED灯组1采用大功率白光LED作为前雾灯光源,其光学性能满足GB 4660的要求,并在此基础上提高了LED灯组的光效,减少LED使用颗数。另外,LED相对于传统的白炽灯,卤素灯及高强度气体放电灯,使用寿命更长并且散热量更小,节约能源。
如图1、图3所示,散热器3包括铝板散热片31和安装面板32,铝板散热片31与安装面板32垂直及水平设置,形成截面为Z字形结构的散热器3。铝基板2包括透镜铝基板21和灯杯铝基板22,且透镜铝基板21与灯杯铝基板22设置在安装面板32上。优选地,透镜铝基板21与灯杯铝基板22开设有孔,安装面板32用于固定铝基板2,安装面板32也设有孔槽,采用螺栓将其连接。同时也便于铝基板2产生热量快速地传递至铝板散热片31,从而延长LED的使用寿命。
如图1、图2、图4所示,LED透镜11由一个球面的折射面12组成。折射面12的作用是对不同的照明区域进行照明,从而达到GB 4660中需要的照度值。LED透镜11的外壁面延伸出第一定位孔110,所述铝板安装面板32设有第一定位柱320,第一定位孔110与第一定位柱320插合。优选,LED透镜11的水平方向的发散角是20°。
如图1、图2、图5所示,LED灯杯13由多块并排设置的反射面14组成。LED灯杯13的外壁面延伸出第二定位柱130,所述铝板散热片31设有第二定位孔310,第二定位柱130与第二定位孔310插合。优选,LED灯杯13水平方向的发散角是20°。

1.一种新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,包括LED灯组(1)、铝基板(2)、以及散热器(3),LED焊接在铝基板(2)上;散热器(3)的截面为Z字形结构,LED灯组(1)呈分体结构且分别设置在散热器(3)上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述散热器(3)包括铝板散热片(31)和安装面板(32),铝板散热片(31)与安装面板(32)垂直及水平设置,形成截面为Z字形结构的散热器(3)。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述铝基板(2)包括透镜铝基板(21)和灯杯铝基板(22),且透镜铝基板(21)与灯杯铝基板(22)分别设置在安装面板(32)上。 
4.根据权利要求2所述新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯组包括至少一个LED透镜(11),LED透镜(11)由一个球面的折射面(12)组成。 
5.根据权利要求4所述新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述LED透镜(11)的外壁面延伸出第一定位孔(110),所述安装面板(32)设有第一定位柱(320),第一定位孔(110)与第一定位柱(320)插合。 
6.根据权利要求4所述新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述LED透镜(11)的水平方向的发散角是20°。 
7.根据权利要求2所述新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯组包括至少一个LED灯杯(13),LED灯杯(13)由多块并排设置的反射面(14)组成。 
8.根据权利要求7所述新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯杯(13)的外壁面延伸出第二定位柱(130),所述铝板散热片(31)设有第二定位孔(310),第二定位柱(130)与第二定位孔(310)插合。 
9.根据权利要求7所述新型汽车LED前雾灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯杯(13) 水平方向的发散角是20°。
