背景技术
工程主变大修中对变压器油滤油或平常对变压器油滤油过程中，需调换进出油管。传统接头多用铁箍将油管连接处扎紧，由于采用铁箍连接，因此在调换过程中存在接头调换困难，调换时间长，费力费时并在调换过程中变压器油浪费较多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种油管连接装置，其结构简单，连接方便，密封性能好，操作简单从而能提高工作效率。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种油管连接装置，包括第一连接接头，第一连接接头两侧安装有一对凸耳；每对凸耳之间安装有锁扣,锁扣一端位于第一连接接头内侧壁；第一连接接头内套接有第二连接接头。
所述第二连接接头上设置有内凹槽，内凹槽与锁扣一端配合使用。
所述第一连接接头内安装有密封圈。
所述凸耳与锁扣通过销接固定。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型具有诸多有益效果：由于第一连接接头和第二连接接头采用抽拔式连接，便于第一连接接头和第二连接接头接头的掉换。第一连接接头两侧安装有锁扣，利用锁扣的挤压力能够很好的保证连接处的密封性。在第一连接接头内安装有密封圈，密封圈能够在第一连接接头和第二连接接头内连接时保证连接处的密封性。

实施例1
如图1、2所示，本实施例的一种油管连接装置，包括第一连接接头1，第一连接接头1两侧安装有一对凸耳3；每对凸耳3之间安装有锁扣4,锁扣4一端6位于第一连接接头1内侧壁；第一连接接头1内套接有第二连接接头2。第一连接接头1两侧安装有一对凸耳3，所述第一连接接头1和凸耳3一体制造而成。所述凸耳3与锁扣4通过销接固定。由于第一连接接头1和第二连接接头2采用抽拔式连接，便于两连接接头随时能够接通和分离。
锁扣4一端6位于第一连接接头1内侧壁。当对锁扣4施加向上的力时，锁扣4一端6便离开第一连接接头1内侧壁。锁扣4一端6离开第一连接接头1内侧壁后，第二连接接头2便可以***第一连接接头1。当第一连接接头1内套接第二连接接头2时，安装在每对凸耳3之间的锁扣4一端6与第二连接接头2上的圆弧内凹槽7相挤压。当外界对于锁扣4施加向下的力不断增加时，锁扣4一端6与第二连接接头2上的圆弧内凹槽7挤压力便会增大从而保证连接处的密封性。所述第二连接接头2内安装有密封圈4。密封圈4为耐油型密封圈能够在第一连接接头1和第二连接接头2内连接时保证连接处的密封性。
本实施例提供的一种油管连接装置，其结构简单，连接方便，密封性能好，操作简单从而能提高工作效率。

1.一种油管连接装置，其特征在于：包括第一连接接头（1），第一连接接头（1）两侧安装有一对凸耳（3）；每对凸耳（3）之间安装有锁扣（4）,锁扣（4）一端（6）位于第一连接接头（1）内侧壁；第一连接接头（1）内套接有第二连接接头（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油管连接装置，其特征在于：所述第二连接接头（2）上设置有内凹槽（7），内凹槽（7）与锁扣（4）一端（6）配合使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油管连接装置，其特征在于：所述第一连接接头（1）内安装有密封圈（5）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油管连接装置，其特征在于：所述凸耳（3）与锁扣（4）通过销接固定。
