Abstract

一种油毡瓦施工专用双面自粘防水垫层。该垫层是由中间的聚酯网格布加强层3,及上自粘胶层4,上隔离层5,下自粘胶层2,下隔离层1构成,该垫层共计五层结构。所述的自粘胶层优选为橡胶沥青自粘胶料。本实用新型充分利用了聚酯网格布在具有高强度的同时还有一定的延伸率以及该防水垫层上的自粘胶层与油毡瓦背面自粘胶层有较高的亲和力,增强了油毡瓦的抗风揭能力。该防水垫层上的自粘胶又具有自愈性可将油毡瓦施工时的钢钉愈合,提高了屋面防水的安全性,施工简便、冷施工。

本实用新型涉及一种新型建筑防水材料,具体是一种油毡瓦施工用防水垫层。 
背景技术
现有的油毡瓦垫层参差不齐,有350﹟纸胎油毡卷材、聚乙烯膜面或聚酯膜面单面自粘卷材,纸胎油毡卷材垫层由于强度低极易破坏,给屋面防水带来隐患。聚乙烯膜面或聚酯膜面单面自粘垫层由于没有加强层,抗风揭能力较低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决油毡瓦施工工程的抗风揭能力,提供一种油毡瓦专用双面自粘防水垫层。 
本实用新型提供的油毡瓦专用双面自粘防水垫层为层状结构,包括中间的聚酯网格布加强层(3),聚酯网格布加强层(3)上面依次为上自粘胶层(4)和上隔离层(5),聚酯网格布加强层(3)的下面依次为下自粘胶层(2)和下隔离层(1),共计五层。 
所述的上自粘胶层(4)和下自粘胶层(2)为橡胶沥青自粘胶层。 
所述的加强层为聚酯网格布,拉力:≥1100N/5㎝。 
所述自粘防水垫层厚度≥2mm。 
本实用新型的自粘防水垫层在常温下自粘冷施工,下面自粘层可与混凝土基面粘接在一起;与混凝土基面满粘,大大增加了屋面防水的安全性。 
该自粘防水垫层上自粘胶层优选橡胶沥青自粘胶与油毡瓦背面自粘胶料为同等材料,亲和力大、易粘接。提高了油毡瓦的抗风揭能力。 
该自粘防水垫层的自粘胶料具有自愈性,可将油毡瓦施工时的钢钉的穿孔自愈,使屋面防水***更加可靠。 
本实用新型的优点和积极效果: 
与现有技术相比,由于本实用新型设置了双面自粘层,并且下橡胶沥青自粘层和混凝土层可以充分粘接在一起,形成“皮肤式”防水,避免渗漏,大大增加防水层寿命,上自粘层与油毡瓦背胶粘接在一起,采用胶、钉并用的固定油毡瓦的原则,提高了油毡瓦的抗风揭能力。又由于本实用新型的自粘胶料具有自愈功能可将油毡瓦施工时的钢钉穿孔自愈,提高了屋面防水***的安全性。 
本实用新型采用的自粘胶料既有粘接功能又有防水的功能。

如图1所示,油毡瓦施工专用双面自粘防水垫层为一种层状结构,共计五层,五层结构由下往上依次是:1下隔离层、2下自粘橡胶沥青层、3聚酯网格布增强层、4上自粘橡胶沥青层和5上隔离层。 
聚酯网格布增强层3是经纬线为1000×1000的聚酯网格布,具有很高的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。 
下自粘橡胶沥青层2与混凝土基面满粘,防止窜水。 
上自粘橡胶沥青层4与油毡瓦背胶属同等材料,亲和力高易与油毡瓦背胶粘接,提高了油毡瓦的抗风揭能力。 
上隔离层5和下隔离层1是上、下自粘橡胶沥青层4和2的防粘层,在卷材储存运输过程中保护上、下自粘橡胶沥青层4和2不被污染,施工时可以掀掉。

1.一种油毡瓦施工专用双面自粘防水垫层,其特征在于所述的油毡瓦专用双面自粘防水垫层为层状结构,包括中间的聚酯网格布加强层(3),聚酯网格布加强层(3)上面依次为上自粘胶层(4)和上隔离层(5),聚酯网格布加强层(3)的下面依次为下自粘胶层(2)和下隔离层(1),共计五层。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的油毡瓦施工专用双面自粘防水垫层,其特征在于所述的上自粘胶层(4)和下自粘胶层(2)为橡胶沥青自粘胶层,或非沥青基自粘胶料层。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的油毡瓦施工专用双面自粘防水垫层,其特征在于所述的加强层为聚酯网格布,拉力:≥1100N/5㎝。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的油毡瓦施工专用双面自粘防水垫层,其特征在于所述油毡瓦专用双面自粘防水垫层厚度≥2mm。
