一种桥式偏心配水器。为了解决普通的桥式偏心配水器存在层间干扰大,分层测压时需要打捞堵塞器的问题。该桥式偏心配水器包括上接头、上连接套、主体、扶正体、下连接套和支架,支架端部内孔与主体配合连接,螺钉固定支架和主体,支架内孔与导向体配合连接,螺钉固定支架和导向体,下连接套螺纹连接下接头,密封处安装有密封圈,主体连接扶正体的端面的沉孔内安装有堵塞器,主体靠支架一侧端面开有边沉孔,主体内壁上开有两个环槽,靠近扶正体的环槽与边沉孔有旁通孔联通,靠近支架的环槽与安装堵塞器的沉孔有旁通孔联通。该桥式偏心配水器具有多层配水,任意投捞各层间干扰小,分层测试部捞堵塞器,通用性好的特点。

 本实用新型涉及油田注水领域所用的井下工具,尤其是桥式偏心配水器。
背景技术
在油田采油注水领域中,注水作业时,桥式偏心配水器与封隔器等工具共同组成分层注水管柱,内设偏心堵塞器,通过测试投捞更换堵塞器内的水咀调整分层水量,采用桥式过流通道结构,使用测试密封段、集流式流量计和双通道压力计实现流量单层直测和中心通道测压,但是普通的桥式偏心配水器存在层间干扰大,分层测压时需要打捞堵塞器的缺点。
发明内容
为了解决普通的桥式偏心配水器存在层间干扰大,分层测压时需要打捞堵塞器的问题。本实用新型提供一种桥式偏心配水器,该桥式偏心配水器具有多层配水,任意投捞,简单易行,通用性好的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:桥式偏心配水器包括上接头,上接头螺纹连接上连接套,上连接套螺纹连接主体,上连接套内腔安装有扶正体,扶正体端面有螺栓与主体连接,主体的另一端外螺纹连接下连接套,在下连接套内腔,支架端部内孔与主体配合连接,螺钉固定支架和主体,支架内孔与导向体配合连接,螺钉固定支架和导向体,下连接套螺纹连接下接头,密封处安装有密封圈。
主体连接扶正体的端面的沉孔内安装有堵塞器,主体靠支架一侧端面开有边沉孔,主体内壁上开有两个环槽,靠近扶正体的环槽与边沉孔有旁通孔联通,靠近支架的环槽与安装堵塞器的沉孔有旁通孔联通。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该桥式偏心配水器器由于采取上述方案,正常注水时,主体内的高压水通过与安装堵塞器的沉孔联通的旁通孔进入堵塞器水嘴,靠水嘴的流通面积控制注水量,在需要测试时,主体内壁下入测试仪器,高压水通过边沉孔进入一个环槽,通过测试仪器进入另一个环槽进入堵塞器,单独测试该层注水流量和注水压力,具有多层配水,任意投捞各层间干扰小,分层测试部捞堵塞器,通用性好的特点。

由图1 所示,该桥式偏心配水器器包括上接头1, 上接头1螺纹连接上连接套2,上连接套2螺纹连接主体5,上连接套2内腔安装有扶正体3,扶正体3端面有螺栓与主体5连接,主体5的另一端外螺纹连接下连接套9,在下连接套9内腔,支架10端部内孔与主体5配合连接,螺钉固定支架10和主体5,支架10内孔与导向体11配合连接,螺钉固定支架10和导向体11,下连接套9螺纹连接下接头12,密封处安装有密封圈。
主体5连接扶正体3的端面的沉孔内安装有堵塞器4,主体5靠支架10一侧端面开有边沉孔7,主体5内壁上开有两个环槽8,靠近扶正体3的环槽8与边沉孔7有旁通孔6联通,靠近支架10的环槽8与安装堵塞器4的沉孔有旁通孔6联通。
正常注水时,主体5内的高压水通过与安装堵塞器4的沉孔联通的旁通孔6进入水嘴,靠水嘴的流通面积控制注水量,在需要测试时,主体5内壁下入测试仪器,高压水通过边沉孔7进入一个环槽8,通过测试仪器进入另一个环槽8进入堵塞器4,单独测试该层注水流量和注水压力,用封隔器将全井分成相应的层段,每层对应一级桥式偏心配水器,达到分层注水和分层测试的目的。

1.一种桥式偏心配水器,包括上接头(1),其特征在于:上接头(1)螺纹连接上连接套(2),上连接套(2)螺纹连接主体(5),上连接套(2)内腔安装有扶正体(3),扶正体(3)端面有螺栓与主体(5)连接,主体(5)的另一端外螺纹连接下连接套(9),在下连接套(9)内腔设有支架(10),支架(10)端部内孔与主体(5)配合连接,螺钉固定支架(10)和主体(5),支架(10)内孔与导向体(11)配合连接,螺钉固定支架(10)和导向体(11),下连接套(9)螺纹连接下接头(12),密封处安装有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桥式偏心配水器,其特征在于:主体(5)连接扶正体(3)的端面的沉孔内安装有堵塞器(4),主体(5)靠支架(10)一侧端面开有边沉孔(7),主体(5)内壁上开有两个环槽(8),靠近扶正体(3)的环槽(8)与边沉孔(7)有旁通孔(6)联通,靠近支架(10)的环槽(8)与安装堵塞器(4)的沉孔有旁通孔(6)联通。
