本实用新型涉及纺织领域，具体涉及一种防水面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步，以及经济的不断发展，人们的生活衣食住行得到了较大的改善。从衣着上，纺织品面料层出不穷，但是消费者对纺织品的需求和要求也越来越高。
纺织品在使用过程中，由于弹性和收缩性不同，对面料要求较高，在实际生产过程中，由于选配的原料、生产工艺等众多因素的影响，会使面料的尺寸发生变化。在使用过程中，不仅要承受拉、折、压等负荷作用下的变形的考验，还要经受温度湿度变化的考验，以及经受冷-热循环的疲劳的考验和汗水、雨水等的浸蚀考验。
所以需要开发具有防水性能的面料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种防水面料。本实用新型所需要解决的技术问题，可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
本实用新型提供一种防水面料，所述防水面料由下至上依次为基底层、夹心层、面料层和覆膜层；
所述覆膜层覆盖在所述面料层上，所述覆膜层为聚四氟乙烯膜。
上述聚四氟乙烯膜的厚度为0.01~1mm。
上述基底层厚度为0.01~1.5mm。
上述夹心层厚度为0.01~1.5mm。 
上述面料层经线为金属丝，所述面料层纬线为碳纤维长丝或涤纶，所述面料层经线和面料层纬线经纬编织而成面料层。
上述面料层厚度为0.01~1.5mm。
上述金属丝为铜丝，所述铜丝的直径为0.01~1.4mm。
上述面料层为平纹组织或斜纹组织。
步骤（1）和步骤（3）中，所述防水面料经纬密度为160×136根/cm；所述防水面料采用平纹。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型采用了基底层、夹心层、面料层和覆膜层，粘合后再缝制，面料平整，防水效果好，覆膜层选用高分子防水透气材料，如聚四氟乙烯膜（PTFE膜），透湿量为每24小时每平方米16000g。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例，对本实用新型作进一步说明。应理解，以下实施例仅用于说明本实用新型而非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
涤纶纤维、碳纤维长丝、丙纶纤维、铜丝、聚四氟乙烯均为市售产品。
实施例1
如图1所示，一种防水面料，包括：基底层1、夹心层2、面料层3和覆膜层4。
（1）基底层为涤纶面料或涤纶和碳纤维长丝的混纺面料，其厚度为0.01~1.5mm。
（2）夹心层为涤纶面料或丙纶面料，其厚度为0.01~1.5mm。较佳的，为0.1~0.25mm。 
（3）面料层：由碳纤维长丝和金属丝经纬编织而成，可以是平纹或斜纹组织。面料层经线为金属丝，优选直径为0.01~1.4mm的铜丝。本实施例中采用0.1mm的铜丝。面料层纬线为碳纤维长丝。面料层经线和面料层纬线经纬编织而成片状结构，面料层的厚度为0.01~1.5mm。较佳的，为0.1~0.25mm。
（4）覆膜层是由聚四氟乙烯制成聚四氟乙烯膜。聚四氟乙烯膜的厚度为0.01~1mm，0.5mm较佳。
较佳的，基底层经线的刚度与面料层经线的刚度一致。基底层纬线经纬的刚度与面料层纬线的刚度一致。防止由于不同纱线的缩率差异造成碳纤维长丝在织物表面起圈，铜丝形成类似“荷叶边”的拱起。
在本实施例中，基底层经线选用涤纶纤维，基底层纬线选用碳纤维长丝或涤纶。
制作时，将夹心层覆在基底层的上面，将涂覆了聚四氟乙烯膜的面料层覆在夹心层的上面，缝制起来。绗缝以其丰富变化而出现，从而更加强了实用性和美感。绗缝形式可以是拼补绗缝、平行曲线绗缝、同心圆绗缝、45o斜格绗缝、条形绗缝、60o菱形、三角或六角几何形绗缝，以及不规则绗缝。
本实施例中，防水面料采用平纹。防水面料经纬密度为160×136根/cm。 
室温下，聚四氟乙烯膜（PTFE膜）为0.5mm时，透湿量为每24小时每平方米16000g。
基底层1、夹心层2、加上覆膜层4的面料层3，再缝制，使基底层、夹心层和面料层之间贴紧固定，均匀，将基底层1、夹心层2、面料层3、覆膜层4以并排直线或装饰图案式缝合起来，平整美观，并且收缩率一致。

1.一种防水面料，其特征在于，所述防水面料由下至上依次为基底层、夹心层、面料层和覆膜层；
所述覆膜层覆盖在所述面料层上，所述覆膜层为聚四氟乙烯膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述防水面料，其特征在于，所述聚四氟乙烯膜的厚度为0.01~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述防水面料，其特征在于，所述基底层厚度为0.01~1.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述防水面料，其特征在于，所述夹心层厚度为0.01~1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述防水面料，其特征在于，所述面料层经线为金属丝，所述面料层纬线为碳纤维长丝或涤纶，所述面料层由经纱和纬纱交织而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述防水面料，其特征在于，所述面料层厚度为0.01~1.5mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防水面料，其特征在于，所述金属丝为铜丝，所述铜丝的直径为0.01~1.4mm。
