背景技术
随着钻井技术的不断发展,大位移井应用越来越广泛,在大位移井完井下套管作业中,由于套管与井壁之间的摩阻大,导致套管下入困难。目前,为了将套管下入到预定位置,通常采用漂浮套管下入技术。目前应用的浮箍,在大位移井、水平井下套管固井施工中,经过长时间泥浆、水泥浆的冲蚀作用后,容易出现不密封,水泥浆倒流现象,影响固井质量。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有水平井、大位移井固井下套管作业中,经过长时间泥浆、水泥浆的冲蚀作用后,浮箍出现不密封、水泥浆倒流现象,影响固井质量的不足,本实用新型提供一种用于水平井、大位移井套管固井作业的浮箍。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:浮箍包括上接头、下接头,上接头与下接头固定连接,上接头下端内锥孔为球座,下接头下端内孔固定安装有弹簧座,上接头下端的球座向下依次安装有阀球、球托杆,球托杆的下端位于弹簧座的中心孔中;球托杆为上大下小的阶梯轴,上端面为与阀球相吻合的球面,侧面有轴向液流槽;弹簧座上方的球托杆杆体上安装有弹簧;弹簧座上有轴向液流孔。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构设计合理,阀球与球座密封性好,不会发生水泥浆倒流事故,消除施工隐患,保障施工安全、可靠,具有很好的经济和社会效益。

本实用新型浮箍,包括上接头1、下接头2,上接头1与下接头2固定连接,上接头1下端锥孔的锥面为球座3。下接头2下端内孔固定安装有弹簧座7,通常采用螺纹固定连接。 
弹簧座7有中心孔,周边有轴向液流孔9。球座3与弹簧座7之间由上至下安装有阀球4、球托杆5,球托杆5的下端位于弹簧座7的中心孔中。 
球托杆5为上大下小的阶梯轴;球托杆5上端面为与阀球4相吻合的球面,侧面有轴向液流槽8;弹簧座7上方的球托杆5杆体上安装有弹簧6。 
进行固井作业时,在注入的固井泥作用下,阀球4克服弹簧6的阻力推动球托杆5下移,打开向下的液流通道;固井作业结束后,在弹簧6的作用下,阀球4与球座3接触,关闭轴向液流通道,防止井筒中的液体倒流。 
本实用新型浮箍结构设计合理,阀球与球座的良好密封性;即保证液体正循环畅通,又能防止水泥浆倒流的目的;消除施工隐患,保障施工安全、可靠,提高固井质量,具有很好的经济和社会效益。 
应该注意的是上述实施例是示例而非限制本发明,本领域技术人员将能够设计很多替代实施例而不脱离本专利的权利要求范围。

1.一种浮箍,包括上接头、下接头,上接头与下接头固定连接,上接头下端内锥孔为球座,其特征是:

所述球托杆(5)为上大下小的阶梯轴,上端面为与阀球(4)相吻合的球面,侧面有轴向液流槽(8);弹簧座(7)上方的球托杆(5)杆体上安装有弹簧(6);
所述弹簧座(7)上有轴向液流孔(9)。
