本实用新型属于适配器，尤其是指一种适用于生产搪塑表皮的适配器。
背景技术
过去我们使用的适配器往往不能很好的将料盒和模具连接在一起，在模具翻转的过程中会有部分粉末漏到模具外侧，这样既浪费搪塑粉末又给表皮的质量带来了很大的影响，同时又给搪塑设备的日常保养带来了很大的困难。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种搪塑设备适配器，以解决现有适配器不能很好的将料盒和模具连接在一起，造成搪塑粉末浪费，影响搪塑表皮的质量的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：底座与平台通过弹簧连接，夹子位于平台四周，并通过螺栓与底座固定连接，定位销与平台上部固定连接。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，将搪塑模具和料盒紧密连接，准确定位，保证搪塑模具与适配器配合的准确性，比较传通的适配器有了质的飞跃，保证了搪塑表皮的质量，杜绝了粉末无谓的浪费，避免给周围环境带来影响。既能给产品的质量带来了很大提高，同时又降低了成本。

具体实施方式
底座6与平台1通过弹簧2连接，夹子3位于平台1四周，并通过螺栓5与底座6固定连接，定位销4与平台1上部固定连接。
利用定位销形成准确定位，保证搪塑模具与适配器配合的准确性。模具经过加热后要与粉末料盒连接,通过旋转使粉末在灼热的模具上融化，并凝固在模具上，从而实现由粉末变成表皮的过程。
