传统的温室大棚顶上覆盖的保温材料主要是草帘,草帘由农家用稻草自编而成,大棚保温性能差,容易破损,不耐用,而且在下雨或下雪天气,草帘会着水受潮和积雪,自身重量成倍加大,容易发生压塌大棚的危害,已不适合现代农业的发展;复合保温被由防水层、保温层等功能层复合构成,其具有保温效果好,重量轻等优点,为实现与温室大棚保温被的卷帘器配套使用创造了条件,但一般使用1-2年后,表面防水层会变脆、老化,容易被损坏,影响使用性能。

一种温室大棚用复合保温被,包括树脂层和保温层,所述的树脂层为低密度聚乙烯树脂层,所述的保温层为网状纤维层,所述的树脂层在一定温度下经压延机热压合在保温层的表面上,该保温被还包括耐磨层,所述的耐磨层经热固化结合在树脂层的外表面上,其厚度为4-8μm。

所述的耐磨层1由可热固化的树脂、固化剂和稀释剂组成,固化温度为90-110 ℃。
所述的保温层3是网状纤维层,其原料是由废旧破布、涤纶、棉线、人造毛等一种或几种材料组成。
本实用新型的复合保温被使用时可实现机械放卷和收卷,同时其生产工艺简单,适合流水线生产。
