本实用新型涉及一种PCD退刀槽式锪窝钻。
背景技术
目前的锪窝钻，如图1所示，包括刀轴1、刀片3、刀体4和退刀槽2，在加工中导入时是正常加工，但是导出时容易夹在退刀槽2处，降低了生产效率，影响产品质量。

本实用新型提供一种PCD退刀槽式锪窝钻，刀具在工作中导出时，不容易在退刀槽处夹住。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种PCD退刀槽式锪窝钻，包括刀轴、PCD刀片、刀体和退刀槽，退刀槽外侧沿设有圆锥角为10度的过渡锥面。
刀体材质为GCR15轴承钢。
退刀槽宽度为0.8mm、深度为0.2mm。
本实用新型结构简单、功能实用，加工中导出时不容易在退刀槽处夹住，大大提高了生产效率，节约生产时间，降低成本，提高了生产效益。

实施例：如图2所示，一种PCD退刀槽式锪窝钻，包括刀轴1、PCD刀片3、刀体4和退刀槽2，退刀槽2外侧沿设有圆锥角α为10度的过渡锥面5。刀体4材质为GCR15轴承钢。退刀槽3宽度为0.8mm、深度为0.2mm。
在实际加工中，导出时由于增加了过渡锥面5，不容易在退刀槽2处夹住，大大节约了时间，提高了生产效率。
