本实用新型涉及一种压缩机组的支撑技术领域,具体涉及压缩机进气缓冲罐的支撑机构。
背景技术:
目前国外的往复式压缩机有进气缓冲罐支撑和排气缓冲罐支撑,国内的往复式压缩机组只有排气缓冲罐支撑,没有进气缓冲罐支撑。进气缓冲罐与排气缓冲罐相比,振动相对较大,长期运行,容易造成进气缓冲罐的颈部焊缝开裂,影响机组运行的可靠性和安全性。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是开发一种方便的进气缓冲罐支撑机构,来减少进气缓冲罐的震动,延长寿命,增加压缩机组的运行可靠性。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种压缩机组进气缓冲罐的支撑机构,其特征在于:它包括缓冲罐连接板、支撑件和连接支座;支撑件一端与进气缓冲罐上的缓冲罐连接板连接,支撑件另一端焊接在连接支座上,连接支座与压缩机机身连接。
本实用新型的一种压缩机组进气缓冲罐的支撑机构与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果:
1、通过此支撑进气缓冲罐与压缩机机身相连,加强进气缓冲罐的刚度,减少震动;
2、成本低,结构简单、安装、操作及维修方便。

实施例1,参见图1、图2,将支撑件4一端与进气缓冲罐1上的缓冲罐连接板2通过紧固件组3连接,紧固件组采用2个螺母,保证连接强度;再将支撑件4另一端焊接在连接支座5上,连接支座5在压缩机机身的上方,连接支座5通过固定螺柱6与压缩机机身连接,从而使进气缓冲罐与机身相连,加强进气缓冲罐的刚度,减少震动。
