技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输送料浆的三缸高压柱塞泵，具体地说是一种三缸高压柱塞泵密封函。
背景技术
目前，在磷酸一铵生产中，一般采用3DP23/8X类型的三缸高压柱塞泵作为输送磷酸一铵料浆的料浆泵。这种柱塞泵密封函内使用的编织填料（AIG25G盘根）通常采用特种耐磨纤维和PTFE编织而成，耐磨损，柔韧性非常强，其自身良好的自润滑性可以减少与柱塞的摩擦，同时又增强了密封的抗腐蚀性能。然而，由于输送介质为含一定颗粒磷酸一铵，工作压力大，在70公斤左右，料浆温度高，约118℃左右，往复频率为60次/分钟，使用编织填料损坏严重，使用寿命较短，不到一周时间，通常每月至少更换4次；并且柱塞磨损较快，柱塞每月至少更换1次，更换一组密封函需要45分钟，不仅维修费用较高，而且也严重影响到***总产量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种三缸高压柱塞泵密封函，可以延长其使用寿命，减低更换编织填料及柱塞频率，降低生产成本。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括密封函体、垫圈、前导向套、密封圈、编织填料、垫环、水环、后导向套、调紧螺母和柱塞，所述编织填料浸泡润滑油后装入密封函体内。由于编织填料中浸入滑润油，使得装配后滑润油可以浸润至柱塞表面，可以提高润滑性能，减少摩擦，从而可以延长编织填料及柱塞的使用寿命，延长其更换时间。
为了带入更多的滑润油进入密封函体内，本实用新型的一个优选方案是：垫圈、前导向套、密封圈、编织填料、垫环、水环、后导向套和柱塞分别浸泡润滑油后装入密封函体内，使得装配后的密封函体内各部件间隙充满滑润油，在工作过程中润滑油可以不断补充到柱塞表面，从而可以减少其磨损，提高其使用寿命。
本实用新型通过将编织填料等部件浸油后装入密封函体内，可以提高润滑性能，减少摩擦，从而可以延长编织填料及柱塞的使用寿命，延长其更换时间，编织填料每月更换至多2次，柱塞每月至多更换1次，可以提高生产效率，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型结构如图1所示，包括密封函体1、垫圈2、前导向套3、密封圈4、编织填料51～53、垫环61和62、水环7、后导向套8、调紧螺母9和柱塞10。装配前，先将编织填料51～53浸泡在润滑油中约10分钟，待润滑油完全浸入后，再按次序将上述各部件装入密封函体1内，其中，垫圈2、前导向套3、密封圈4、垫环61和62、水环7、后导向套8及柱塞10先浸入润滑油中，再进行装配。柱塞10使用千斤顶压入密封函体1内。

1.三缸高压柱塞泵密封函，包括密封函体(1)以及安装于密封函体(1)内的垫圈(2)、前导向套(3)、密封圈(4)、编织填料(51、52、53)、垫环(61、62)、水环(7)、后导向套(8)、调紧螺母(9)和柱塞(10)，其特征在于：所述编织填料(51、52、53)浸泡润滑油后装入密封函体(1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三缸高压柱塞泵密封函，其特征在于：垫圈(2)、前导向套(3)、密封圈(4)、垫环(61、62)、水环(7)、后导向套(8)和柱塞(10)分别浸泡润滑油后装入密封函体(1)内。
