本实用新型涉及一种功能装饰板,具体涉及一种抗静电装饰板。 
背景技术
静电现象在信息产业,电子工业、纺织工业,石油化工等工业的生产加工和使用过程中十分普遍。由于一般陶瓷和其他建筑材料电阻率很高,一旦带上静电便很难消除,这些电荷的积聚可能会带来很大的危害:如破坏集成电路、干扰仪器信号、静电放电引起火灾等。椐悉,美国、日本等国仅电子工业每年因静电危害损坏的电子元件就高达几百亿美元,我国近几年也时有因静电引发火灾、***的报道。所以在科技快速发展的今天,迫切需要有效的防静电材料来消除静电带来的危害。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可抗静电的装饰板结构。 
(二)技术方案 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种抗静电装饰板,包括一本体(1),所述本体(1)上表面设有表面层(2),所述本体(1)侧面和下表面设有导电薄膜层(3),所述表面层(2)混有导电材质,所述表面层(2)和导电薄膜层(3)电性相连。 
所述导电材质是石墨或金属小颗粒。 
所述导电薄膜层(3)由金属丝细线编织成网状结构制成。 
(三)有益效果 
本实用新型相比较于现有技术,其具有如下有益效果:其结构简单,设计新颖,制造成本低,并可达到良好的抗静电效果。

如图1所示的一种抗静电装饰板,包括一本体1,本体1上表面设有表面层2,本体1侧面和下表面设有导电薄膜层3,表面层2混有导电材质,表面层2和导电薄膜层3电性相连。导电材质是石墨或金属小颗粒。导电薄膜层3由金属丝细线编织成网状结构制成。 
当瓷砖表面带上静电后,静电通过可导电的釉层导入到导电薄膜层中,导电薄膜层和大地相连,这样静电就被导入到大地中去了,可有效防止瓷砖表面带静电的现象。

1.一种抗静电装饰板,包括一本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)上表面设有表面层(2),所述本体(1)侧面和下表面设有导电薄膜层(3),所述表面层(2)混有导电材质,所述表面层(2)和导电薄膜层(3)电性相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电装饰板,其特征在于:所述导电材质是石墨或金属小颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电装饰板,其特征在于:所述导电薄膜层(3)由金属丝细线编织成网状结构制成。
