Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种伸缩式伞车骨架，包括：一对前脚管，其特征在于该对前脚管分别套接一关节滑套，并且分别锁接一凸起的固定座，而于该固定座之间连接一脚踏组件；一对后脚管，通过一对大关节与该对前脚管枢接；一对手把管，分别于末端设有一滑座，该滑座设有一开口；该对手把管分别穿过该对大关节及该关节滑套；一第一折收架，其前端连接于该对手把管，后端连接于该对后脚管；及一第二折收架，连接于该对后脚管之间。本实用新型的伸缩式伞车骨架，滑座设有一开口对应于脚踏组件固定座的位置，可以避免手把管向下滑行时撞及固定座，能容许脚踏组件设在符合人因工程与设计规范的位置，解决了构造设计上难以兼顾的问题。

Description

伸缩式伞车骨架
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种伸缩式伞车骨架，具体涉及一种可将脚踏组件设在较高的位置而不妨碍使手把管向下滑行的收折幅度的伸缩式伞车骨架。
背景技术
伸缩式伞车的收折方式，主要是通过解锁后使手把管沿着前脚管向下滑行以缩短长度。为此，伸缩式伞车的脚踏板必须尽量靠近前轮座，才能勉强避免阻碍手把管的下滑动作。
然而根据婴儿车的设计规范：座位表面到脚踏板的距离应介于200~230毫米(mm)之间，否则婴儿乘客的脚将悬空而无从得到舒适的支撑。前述将脚踏板靠近前轮座的设计将违反上述规范，而若将脚踏板提高到充分符合规范的位置，则必将阻碍手把管的下滑动作，目前在设计上难以将两者兼顾。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述构造设计上难以兼顾的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可将脚踏组件设在较高的位置而不妨碍使手把管向下滑行的收折幅度的伸缩式伞车骨架。
一种伸缩式伞车骨架，包括：
一对前脚管，其特征在于该对前脚管分别套接一关节滑套，并且分别锁接一凸起的固定座，而于该固定座之间连接一脚踏组件；
一对后脚管，通过一对大关节与该对前脚管枢接；
一对手把管，分别于末端设有一滑座，该滑座设有一开口；该对手把管分别穿过该对大关节及该关节滑套； 
一第一折收架，其前端连接于该对手把管，后端连接于该对后脚管；及
一第二折收架，连接于该对后脚管之间。
所述固定座锁接于该前脚管上相对于该滑座设开口的方向。
所述固定座是从各该前脚管向下及向后突伸。
所述固定座是从各该前脚管朝另一前脚管方向突伸。
所述脚踏组件为一于使用时通过该固定座张开而用以支撑该伸缩式伞车骨架的婴儿乘客脚部的挠性的脚踏带。
所述脚踏组件为一于使用时通过该固定座张开而用以支撑该伸缩式伞车骨架的婴儿乘客脚部的可枢转折收的脚踏板。
所述第一折收架的前端枢接于该滑座，后端枢接于该后脚管。
本实用新型所述的伸缩式伞车骨架尚包括一对座位支撑管，系分别以一前端枢接该关节滑套，以一后端枢接该对后脚管。
所述该对座位支撑管的后端与该第一折收架同轴枢接该对后脚管上。
所述第二折收架为一可锁定及解除的连杆机构。
本实用新型的伸缩式伞车骨架，具有达成同时缩小婴儿车前、后、左、右所占之空间的伞车收折功能；滑座设有一开口对应于脚踏组件固定座的位置，可以避免手把管向下滑行时撞及固定座， 当手把管通过大关节及关节滑套的引导向下滑行时，可无阻碍的沿前脚管直线滑动；本实用新型能容许脚踏组件设在符合人因工程与设计规范的位置，解决了构造设计上难以兼顾的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，为一本实用新型的伸缩式伞车骨架的实施例，其包括一对前脚管1、一对后脚管2、一对手把管3、一第一折收架4、一第二折收架5。
两前脚管1上各套接一关节滑套11，并且分别锁接一固定座12，而于两固定座12之间连接一脚踏组件13。如图1至图3所示，固定座12的凸伸角度可从前脚管1向下及向后突伸；然而熟悉本领域的技术人员应知，固定座12的凸伸角度并不须限于上述角度，亦可使朝向另一前脚管1而使两固定座12直接相对（未图示)。
脚踏组件13可实施为一挠性的脚踏带，通过前脚管1左、右分开时受固定座12拉直而张开，用以支撑乘坐婴儿乘客的脚部。熟悉本领域的技术人员应知，脚踏组件13亦可实施为一些习知婴儿车所采用的，由数片枢接而可枢转折收的脚踏板。
后脚管2通过一对大关节21与前脚管1枢接，两后脚管2之间以第二折收架5连动，并利用第一折收架4与手把管3连动，当手把管3向下滑动时可藉以牵动后脚管2，使其朝前脚管1靠合，产生下压手把管3时，后脚管2自动靠向前脚管1的效果。
在手把管3的末端设有一滑座31，其特征在于滑座31设有一开口310，可避免其于向下滑行时撞及固定座12。此外，手把管3分别穿过大关节21及关节滑套11而受两者引导，可沿着前脚管1直线滑动。
滑座31的开口310的方向是相对于固定座12的位置；换言之，本实用新型的固定座12应锁接于前脚管1上相对于滑座31设开口310的方向。当手把管3通过大关节21及关节滑套11的引导向下滑行时，将可藉此无阻碍地向下直线滑动。
以上所述的各项伸缩式伞车骨架实施例，其第一折收架4可为一交叉架，以两侧的前端枢接于滑座31，以两侧的后端枢接于后脚管2。如图4至图9所示，当两手把管3向下滑行进行收车时，两手把管3末端的滑座31将拉动第一折收架4两侧的前端，随即将牵动两后脚管2朝前脚管1枢合。当交叉架前、后端的距离拉长时，其左、右侧的距离将随之缩短，因此当第一折收架4拉动后脚管2时，由于交叉架的作用，亦将牵动左、右两侧的前脚管1与后脚管2使彼此靠合，达成同时缩小婴儿车前、后、左、右所占之空间的效果。
以上所述的各项伸缩式伞车骨架实施例，其中第二折收架5是可为一可锁定及解除的连杆机构，于锁定时使左、右两侧的后脚管2保持分开一定距离，而于解除锁定时，使两后脚管2得以受第一折收架4的连动或驱动而彼此靠合以进行收折。
较佳者，可在以上所述的各项伸缩式伞车骨架实施例，再增加一对座位支撑管6，分别以其前端枢接在左、右两侧的关节滑套11，以其后端枢接在左、右两侧的后脚管2。较佳者，可令所述座位支撑管6的后端与第一折收架4同轴枢接于左、右两侧的后脚管2。

Claims (10)

1.一种伸缩式伞车骨架，包括：
一对前脚管，其特征在于该对前脚管分别套接一关节滑套，并且分别锁接一凸起的固定座，而于该固定座之间连接一脚踏组件；
一对后脚管，通过一对大关节与该对前脚管枢接；
一对手把管，分别于末端设有一滑座，该滑座设有一开口；该对手把管分别穿过该对大关节及该关节滑套； 
一第一折收架，其前端连接于该对手把管，后端连接于该对后脚管；及
一第二折收架，连接于该对后脚管之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述固定座锁接于该前脚管上相对于该滑座设开口的方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述固定座是从各该前脚管向下及向后突伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述固定座是从各该前脚管朝另一前脚管方向突伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述脚踏组件为一于使用时通过该固定座张开而用以支撑该伸缩式伞车骨架的婴儿乘客脚部的挠性的脚踏带。
6.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述脚踏组件为一于使用时通过该固定座张开而用以支撑该伸缩式伞车骨架的婴儿乘客脚部的可枢转折收的脚踏板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述第一折收架的前端枢接于该滑座，后端枢接于该后脚管。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，尚包括一对座位支撑管，系分别以其前端枢接该关节滑套，以其后端枢接该对后脚管。
9.根据权利要求8所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述该对座位支撑管的后端与该第一折收架同轴枢接该对后脚管上。
10.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的伸缩式伞车骨架，其特征在于，所述第二折收架为一可锁定及解除的连杆机构。
