Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于例如银行支付、商店支付、公共交通支付等非现金支付的装置。 
背景技术
贵宾(VIP)支付卡已是众所周知,它仅由贵金属制成,并且具有装饰性部分附着其上的宝石(参见俄罗斯专利No.2244634)。 
该装置的不足之处在于它的成本高,而且不能用于标准ATM机,因为它不符合对作为支付手段的塑料卡的要求。它的结构不够柔韧。 
与本实用新型最接近的现有技术是一种包含箔片层、第一层和第二层的卡,它们层叠在一起,其中箔片层固定在第一层和第二(外)层之间(参见美国专利No.5702554)。 
该装置使用厚度为0.3~1毫米的金箔层,第一层和第二层分别层叠在其两侧,使塑料卡的主体看起来像是金制的。 
该装置的不足之处在于消耗大量贵金属,缺乏足够的柔韧性,以及不能为卡提供各种装饰性物。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种支付卡,其柔韧性、可靠性和使用寿命均得以提高,而且在镶嵌各种装饰性部分时减少了金属消耗,因此改善了卡体的外观和性能。 
通过下述的支付卡可以实现上述目的并获得上述技术效果。该支付卡包含箔片层、第一层和第二层,这些层层叠在一起,所述箔片层固定在所述第一层和所述第二层(外层)之间,所述装置具有塑料片,磁条,粘合层,厚度大于所述箔片层厚度且由与所述箔片层相同的材料形成的镶嵌物,以及固定于镶嵌物内并与其齐平的装饰物,其中第二层的外表面与镶嵌物位于同一平面,并且所述镶嵌物和所述装饰物与所述第二层在外侧分离,所述镶嵌物与所述装饰物被粘合层固定在所述塑料片内,所述箔片层的长度和宽度小于所述塑料片的长度和宽度。

箔片层由金属制成; 
箔片层由贵金属制成; 
箔片层由仿贵金属的金属合金制成; 
箔片层与镶嵌物相邻接; 
镶嵌物通过第一层和第二层形成的间隙与箔片层分离; 
装饰物由石材制成; 
石材是天然的宝石; 
石材是天然的半宝石; 
石材是人造石; 
石材是人造宝石(fianite)、透明玻璃或有色玻璃; 
装饰物由荧光材料制成; 
镶嵌物具有突出部分,使其能够在外侧附着装饰物; 
粘合层由两边均覆盖粘合剂的胶带构成; 
箔片层制成为装饰性的外观; 
箔片层和/或镶嵌物上具有雕刻花纹; 
磁条附着于塑料片上,位于塑料片上与镶嵌物和装饰物相反的一侧; 
箔片层的厚度为0.04~0.06毫米; 
镶嵌物的厚度为0.2~0.25毫米; 
装饰物的高度不超过0.75毫米,并且其最大横向尺寸不超过2毫米。

具体实施方式
支付卡(图1,2)包括箔片层1,第一层2和第二层3,两层层叠,箔片层1固定在第一层2和第二层(外层)3之间。 
该结构包括塑料片4,磁条5,粘合层6,厚度大于箔片层1厚度且由与箔片层1相同的材料形成的镶嵌物7。装饰物8固定于镶嵌物7内并与其齐平。第二层3的外表面与镶嵌物7位于同一平面。镶嵌物7和装饰物8与第二层3在外侧分离(图2),并被粘合层6固定在塑料片4上。箔片层1的长度(l)和宽度(s)小于塑料片4的长度(L)和宽度(S)(图1)。 
箔片层1适合用金属制成,由此可在层压时有效地连接层2和3。 
箔片层1可以由贵金属制成,例如金、铂、银、钯等。 
箔片层1可以由仿贵金属的合金制成,例如铜合金或铝合金。 
箔片层1可以设置为与镶嵌物7相邻接(图2),例如,用于带有装饰物8的镶嵌物7。 
镶嵌物7可以通过第一层2和第二层3形成的间隙与箔片层1分离,例如,用于无装饰物8的镶嵌物7。 
装饰物8可以由石材制成。这些石材可以是宝石、半宝石、人造的(例如人造钻石)、透明玻璃或有色玻璃。 
此外,装饰物8可以由荧光材料例如能在阴暗处发光的材料制成。 
镶嵌物7具有突出部分9(图2,4),目的是提高附着可靠性。突出部分9又为将装饰物8固定在外侧提供可能。 
粘合层6由两边均覆盖粘合剂的胶带(图中未显示)构成。这种类型的胶带常被珠宝商所使用。 
为了增加装饰性效果,箔片层1可以做成装饰性的外观(图1,3)。 
箔片层1和/或镶嵌物7上可以形成雕刻纹(图3)。 
镶嵌物7上装饰物8以外的部分(图2)可以具有例如描绘了卡主人字母组合图案的深雕纹(图3)。 
磁条5(图1,2)被固定在塑料片4上,位于塑料片4的与镶嵌物7和装饰物8相反的一侧。 
最接近的类似解决方案是箔片层厚度为0.3~1毫米,与其相比较,本装置用的箔片层1厚度为0.04~0.06毫米,镶嵌物7的厚度为0.2~0.25毫米,也就是厚度显著地减小。暂不考虑将各种装饰物嵌入卡体,这有利于大大地减少装置的成本,并且提高了它的柔韧性。 
对支付卡进行是否符合上述适用标准的测试表明,装饰物8的高度不应超过0.75毫米,并且其最大横向尺寸(例如,宝石的最大直径)不应超过2毫米。 
支付卡可以普通的方式使用,例如,使用者可以用于使用ATM机的非现金支付,为此目的,卡的背面具有信息载体,即附着其上的磁条5。 
所述支付卡可通过将镶嵌物7和装饰物8植入层1中而制得,如下所述(本实用新型的一个具体实施例)。 
制作支付卡的过程包括以下几个步骤:制备制作层1的金属;伴随有规律的热处理进行滚轧,直至达到所要求的厚度,在0.04~0.06毫米的范围内。 
将用于制作层1的材料切割成片段,例如,100×100毫米,以便进行后续的处理。 
根据给定的装饰设计矢量,在层1表面雕刻纹理。 
根据所给的设计矢量沿层1的轮廓线切断。 
在A3层叠封装上将层1与预先标记的轮廓以及卡的一般设计相关联地定位。 
卡的箔片层1、第一层2和第二层3的层叠过程是根据与通常塑料片层叠参数相似的参数来实现的。烧结温度为150~160℃,时间为25~28分钟,压强为30帕。 
卡按照适用的ISO标准打孔。 
根据给定的设计矢量切出镶嵌物7的轮廓。 
辊压第一层2、第二层3和塑料片4,为镶嵌物7和装饰物8留出空间。 
装配镶嵌物7,铺设上胶带并进行热处理。 
装配并植入装饰物8。 
通过用锐利的工具(雕刻刀)击碎金属并使其拉伸在例如形成有突出部分9的宝石上,来附着装饰物8。 
根据给定的设计矢量,在镶嵌物7表面进行雕刻和纹理处理。 
根据给定的设计矢量切出镶嵌物7的轮廓。在植入镶嵌物7同时铺设上胶带。 
卡与镶嵌物7和装饰物8的烧结过程是根据与通常塑料片4的层叠参数相似的参数来实现的。烧结温度为150~160℃,时间为25~28分钟,压强为30帕。 
当层1和镶嵌物7被层压烧结时,它们“被埋藏”于支付卡的塑料片4体内。因此,支付卡的几何参数、力学参数以及其他参数都满足塑料卡的所有使用需求,包括塑料卡作为支付方式的使用要求。 
由于箔片层1和镶嵌物7的厚度小于最接近的现有技术,利用这点可以通过加热、加压以及运用最小厚度的金属来弥补放置例如金等金属时在无该金属的区域形成的空腔。 
透明层可用于箔片层1之上,能够显示立体的视觉效果且防止该层受到机械损伤。镶嵌物7和装饰物8上不具有透明层可以改善外观,例如,提高它们刻面的光泽性。与最接近的类似解决方案相比较,层1和镶嵌物7使用了最小厚度,这样可以给予该装置有雕刻金属质感的触觉效果 
所述支付卡可有效应用于ATM机的非现金支付。 

Claims (20)

1.支付卡,包括箔片层,层叠的第一层和第二层,所述箔片层固定在所述第一层和第二层之间,其特征在于,具有塑料片,磁条,粘合层,厚度大于所述箔片层厚度并由与所述箔片层相同的材料形成的镶嵌物,以及固定于镶嵌物内并与其齐平的装饰物,所述第二层的外表面与所述镶嵌物位于同一平面,并且所述镶嵌物和所述装饰物与所述第二层在外侧分离并被所述粘合层固定在所述塑料片上,所述箔片层的长度和宽度小于所述塑料片的长度和宽度。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的支付卡,其特征在于,所述箔片层由金属制成。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的支付卡,其特征在于,所述箔片层由贵金属制成。 
4.根据权利要求2所述的支付卡,其特征在于,所述箔片层由仿贵金属的金属层制成。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的支付卡,其特征在于,所述箔片层与所述镶嵌物相邻接。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的支付卡,其特征在于,所述镶嵌物通过所述第一层和第二层的间隙与所述箔片层分离。
