本实用新型涉及一种辨识电机参数的装置,特别是一种快速辨识电机参数的装置。
背景技术
随着半导体技术和控制技术的发展,对异步电机的控制达到了与直流电机相当的调速性能,现在的异步电机驱动***多使用间接磁场定向或无速度传感器磁场定向控制技术,异步电机磁场定向控制将电机的励磁电流和转矩电流解耦,用转子磁场定向方法实现转矩的瞬时控制,无论是间接磁场定向还是无速度传感器磁场定向控制,都需要准确的电机参数,因此电机参数的辨识是矢量控制的关键技术。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种通过一次实验获得电机各参数的装置。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型快速辨识电机参数的装置包括逆变器和与逆变器相连接的电机,还包括信号发生器,所述信号发生器通过驱动信号产生装置连接到逆变器的输入端;所述电机三相绕组上设置有电流传感器,所述逆变器直流母线上设置有电压传感器;所述电流传感器和电压传感器通过FFT变换器与运算器相连接。
进一步的,所述电流传感器为霍尔电流传感器,所述电压传感器为霍尔电压传感器。
进一步的,所述信号发生器与驱动信号发生装置之间设置有电流环补偿网络,电流传感器与电流环补偿网络相连接。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型通过一次实验就能快速获得电机各参数,减少了实验次数,提高了效率。同时,可以在不旋转电机的情况下辨识电机参数。

具体实施方式
如图1所示快速辨识电机参数的装置包括逆变器3和与逆变器相连接的电机4。本实用新型快速辨识电机参数的装置还包括信号发生器1,所述信号发生器1通过驱动信号产生装置2连接到逆变器3的输入端,信号发生器1产生的信号经驱动信号产生装置2调制后驱动逆变器3。
所述电机三相绕组上设置有电流传感器6,所述逆变器直流母线上设置有电压传感器5,所述电流传感器为霍尔电流传感器,所述电压传感器为霍尔电压传感器。通过电流传感器6检测电机绕组电流,通过电压传感器5检测逆变器直流母线电压。所述电流传感器6和电压传感器5通过FFT变换器7与运算器8相连接。
所述信号发生器1与驱动信号发生装置2之间设置有电流环补偿网络9,电流传感器6与电流环补偿网络9相连接。电流环补偿网络输出作为电压参考信号,利用该信号进行调制驱动逆变器,这样经电流环补偿后的输出可以使电机工作在给定电流的稳定状态。这里的电流环补偿网络采用PI比例积分控制器。
本实用新型快速辨识电机参数的装置工作原理如下:信号发生器1产生包括直流分量和两个交流分量的给定电流信号。给定电流信号经过逆变器和电机,通过检测逆变器的直流母线电压和电机绕组电流,将检测到的直流母线电压和电机绕组电流通过FFT逆变器分别得到直流分量大小和每个频率分量下电压、电流幅值大小及相位。运算器根据直流分量大小和每个频率分量下电压、电流幅值大小及相位计算得到电机各参数值。

1.一种快速辨识电机参数的装置,包括逆变器和与逆变器相连接的电机,其特征在于:还包括信号发生器,所述信号发生器通过驱动信号产生装置连接到逆变器的输入端;所述电机三相绕组上设置有电流传感器,所述逆变器直流母线上设置有电压传感器;所述电流传感器和电压传感器通过FFT变换器与运算器相连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的快速辨识电机参数的装置,其特征在于:所述电流传感器为霍尔电流传感器,所述电压传感器为霍尔电压传感器。
3.按照权利要求1所述的快速辨识电机参数的装置,其特征在于:所述信号发生器与驱动信号发生装置之间设置有电流环补偿网络,电流传感器与电流环补偿网络相连接。
