背景技术
建筑的保温效果不明显,主要问题之一就在于墙体的STP保温板芯材,目前,我国STP保温板芯材存在一些问题,由于其成本高,导热系数高、热阻小、所以导致保温效果不理想。

本实用新型的目的在于改变现有技术的不足,而提供一种导热系数低、热阻大、成本低、保温效果好的STP保温板芯材。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种STP保温板芯材,包括芯材本体,其特征在于:所述的芯材本体由无机超细纤维棉毯及包裹在无机超细纤维棉毯中的珍珠岩粉复合构成。
所述的珍珠岩粉里混合有硅粉。
本实用新型的优点在于导热系数低、热阻大、成本低、保温效果好,有效地解决了墙体的保温问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种STP保温板芯材,包括芯材本体1,所述的芯材本体1由无机超细纤维棉毯2及包裹在无机超细纤维棉毯2中的珍珠岩粉3复合构成,珍珠岩粉里混合有硅粉4。
根据实施例1的具体实施方式,一种STP保温板芯材,将芯材本体1填入真空袋,抽取袋内空气,热封成型即可,无机超细纤维棉毯2、珍珠岩粉3、硅粉4起到绝热保温作用,有效地解决了墙体的保温问题。

1.一种STP保温板芯材,包括芯材本体(1),其特征在于:所述的芯材本体(1)由无机超细纤维棉毯(2)及包裹在无机超细纤维棉毯(2)中的珍珠岩粉(3)复合构成。
