本实用新型涉及印刷品检测技术，尤其涉及一种利用视觉检测装置自动检测印刷品的技术。
背景技术
工厂流水线上产品出厂前通常需要粘贴印刷图标，为了确保粘贴在产品上的印刷图标印刷质量合格，需要在出厂前对印刷图标进行检测处理，但是由于生产流水线运行速度快，按照常规的通过人工肉眼检测或抽检检测效率低而且差错率高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题：提供一种印刷品视觉检测装置，以解决工厂流水线上产品由于运行速度快，按照常规的通过人工肉眼检测或抽检检测方式产品上的检测印刷品质量，存在的检测效率低而且差错率高等问题。

一种印刷品视觉检测装置，它包括计算机和摄像装置，摄像装置与图像采集装置通过导线连接，图像采集装置与计算机通过导线连接，图像显示装置和报警装置与计算机通过导线连接。

本实用新型利用高速摄像装置摄取流水线上产品的印刷区域，并通过图像采集装置将图像信息送至计算机进行处理并与标准图像进行自动比对，同时计算机将产品印刷区图像信息送至图像显示装置进行显示，方便检测人员实时观测，计算机将比对结果通过报警装置进行输出提示；解决了工厂流水线上产品由于运行速度快，按照常规的通过人工肉眼检测或抽检检测方式产品上的检测印刷品质量，存在的检测效率低而且差错率高等问题。

具体实施方式：
一种印刷品视觉检测装置，它包括（见图1）计算机和摄像装置，摄像装置与图像采集装置通过导线连接，报警装置与计算机通过232串行口用导线连接，摄像装置采用工业摄像机，通过USB数据线与图像采集装置连接，图像采集装置为图像采集卡，图像采集装置与计算机通过数据线连接，将图像送至计算机通过图像处理软件进行处理比对，处理结果由报警装置发出声光报警进行提示，同时图像送至图像显示装置进行同步显示方便检测人员观察。图像显示装置采用液晶显示器操作终端，与计算机通过VGA数据线连接，图像显示装置安装在输送线边上。
