背景技术
电烤箱是以电能作为加热源用来加热烹饪食物的器具。以电加热器加热的电烤箱，其内腔温度可达250～260℃，甚至更高。常规的电烤箱的箱门上固定有拉手，底部或一侧与箱体门框铰接，为了观察箱体内腔被烧烤食品的烘烧程度，箱门均由玻璃板制成。这种常规的电烤箱，由于热传导作用，箱门的外表面温度都比较高，使用者稍不留意，就容易被烫伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种结构简单合理，生产成本低，使用寿命长，能有效降低烤箱表面温度的新型隔热烤箱。
本实用新型用以下方式实现的：一种新型隔热烤箱，包括外壳、内胆，及安装到内胆内的加热装置，其特征在于：所述的外壳与内胆间设有第一通气道，烤箱门内设有第二通气道，第一通气道与第二通气道相互贯通。
所述的第一通气道设置于烤箱的顶端外壳与内胆之间。
所述的内胆与外壳间还设有隔热装置。
所述的隔热装置为隔热板和云母片。
所述的隔热装置为隔热棉。
所述的隔热装置为隔热棉、云母片、隔热板由外之内的顺序排列，所述的第一通气道位于隔热板与内胆之间。
所述的第二通气道为烤箱门面板与内板之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是：1）结构简单，生产成本低，提高市场竞争力。2）烤箱内胆与外壳间设有隔离通气道，可有效解决内胆热量往外壳方向传递，提高热效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体进一步的说明。一种新型隔热烤箱，包括外壳2、内胆1，及安装到内胆1内的加热装置11，其特征在于：所述的外壳2与内胆1间设有第一通气道6，烤箱门7内设有第二通气道8，第一通气道6与第二通气道8相互贯通。
所述的第一通气道8设置于烤箱的顶端外壳与内胆之间。
所述的内胆1与外壳2间还设有隔热装置。
所述的隔热装置为隔热板3和云母片4。
所述的隔热装置为隔热棉5。
所述的隔热装置为隔热棉5、云母片4、隔热板3由外之内的顺序排列，所述的第一通气道6位于隔热板3与内胆1之间。
所述的第二通气道8为烤箱门面板71与内板72之间。
工作原理：本实用新型中，内胆与外壳之间，烤箱门的面板71和内板72间均由通气道隔离，空气由烤箱门底端进入第二通气道，然后进入第一通气道内，最后从后板位置流出，利用空气流动带走通气道内的热量，降低外壳温度。
同时由于内胆内的加热装置11设置在靠近烤箱顶端的位置，所以箱内热量更容易向烤箱顶端传递，因此在烤箱的顶端外壳与内胆之间还可以加设隔热装置，所述的隔热装置可以为保温棉、云母片、或隔热板中其中一种，也可以为上述组合使用均可，近一步起到降低烤箱顶端外壳温度的作用。

1.一种新型隔热烤箱，包括外壳（2）、内胆（1），及安装到内胆（1）内的加热装置（11），其特征在于：所述的外壳（2）与内胆（1）间设有第一通气道（6），烤箱门（7）内设有第二通气道（8），第一通气道（6）与第二通气道（8）相互贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热烤箱，其特征在于：所述的第一通气道（8）设置于烤箱的顶端外壳与内胆之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热烤箱，其特征在于：所述的内胆（1）与外壳（2）间还设有隔热装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型隔热烤箱，其特征在于：所述的隔热装置为隔热板（3）和云母片（4）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热烤箱，其特征在于：所述的隔热装置为隔热棉（5）。
6.根据权利要求3所述的新型隔热烤箱，其特征在于：所述的隔热装置为隔热棉（5）、云母片（4）、隔热板（3）由外之内的顺序排列，所述的第一通气道（6）位于隔热板（3）与内胆（1）之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热烤箱，其特征在于：所述的第二通气道（8）为烤箱门面板（71）与内板（72）之间。
