技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种动力电池的组合盖板，尤其是涉及一种圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板。
背景技术
动力电池内密闭有非水解液，当充电器出现过分充电或误使用等故障时，常会在电池内部产生异常气体，异常气体的聚集会使电池内部产生过大的压力。在发生异常时防爆阀直接泄压，导致电解液溢出，污染环境，腐蚀周围零件，有些电池不具有防爆功能，安全性低。当组间电池有相对运动时，会造成连接片与电池之间的扯动，使电池失效。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板。
铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板，包括盖板1、防爆片2、隔离圈3、孔板4和连接片5，所述隔离圈3和孔板4包裹防爆片2；所述防爆片2采用“Z”型结构；所述连接片5钎焊在盖板1上；所述防爆片2与盖板1密封焊接。所述的盖板1为铝合金，所述的防爆片2为纯铝，所述的孔板4为纯铝，所述的隔离圈3为高分子材料，所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片，所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片。
连接片5与盖板钎焊连接，增加了连接强度，盖板与防爆片密封焊接，增加了连接强度，同时保证了电池密封性。
电池正常工作时，可保证低能耗。当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路，严重时防爆片能及时破裂，更可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖板的安全保护功能。电池与外部连接错位时，盖板与电池整体会一起移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的一个具体实施例做进一步的说明。
铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板，包括盖板1、防爆片2、隔离圈3、孔板4和连接片5。
所述隔离圈3和孔板4包裹防爆片2；所述防爆片2采用“Z”型结构，，电池充放电发生异常时，电解液气化导致电池内部压力增大，防爆片2与孔板4脱离，使得电池内部压力释放。
所述连接片5钎焊在盖板1上；所述防爆片2与盖板1密封焊接，连接片5与盖板钎焊连接，增加了连接强度，盖板与防爆片密封焊接，增加了连接强度，同时保证了电池密封性。
所述的盖板1为铝合金，所述的防爆片2为纯铝，所述的孔板4为纯铝，所述的隔离圈3为高分子材料，所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片，所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片。

1.铝钎焊一体型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板，包括盖板（1）、防爆片（2）、隔离圈（3）、孔板（4）和连接片（5），所述隔离圈（3）和孔板（4）包裹防爆片（2）；其特征在于：所述防爆片（2）采用“Z”型结构；所述连接片（5）钎焊在盖板（1）上；所述防爆片（2）与盖板（1）密封焊接。
