技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种动力电池的组合盖板,尤其是涉及一种圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板。
背景技术
动力电池内密闭有非水解液,当充电器出现过分充电或误使用等故障时,常会在电池内部产生异常气体,异常气体的聚集会使电池内部产生过大的压力。在发生异常时防爆阀直接泄压,导致电解液溢出,污染环境,腐蚀周围零件,有些电池不具有防爆功能,安全性低。电池在晃动时会造成卷芯与盖板的相对运动,容易拉脱孔板与防爆片之间焊点,造成断电异常。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种防旋转型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板。
一种防旋转型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板,包括盖板1、防爆片2、隔离圈3、孔板4和连接片5,所述隔离圈3和孔板4包裹防爆片2,所述防爆片2采用“Z”型结构;所述隔离圈3上设置有定位凸台6。
所述的盖板1为铝合金,所述的防爆片2为纯铝,所述的孔板4为纯铝,所述的隔离圈3为高分子材料,所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片。隔离圈3、孔板4和盖板1采用机械防旋转定位。
采用本实用新型的技术方案,防爆片2采用“Z”型结构,增大了翻转空间,使得***压力更稳定,隔离圈3与孔板4包裹防爆片,增加了断电功能;隔离圈上设计了起定位作用的凸台,增加了机械固定,使电池的抗震性增加。
电池正常工作,可保证低能耗。当电池发生异常时将电池内部断路,严重时防爆片能及时破裂,更可靠有效地发挥防爆组合盖板的安全保护功能。电池剧烈震动时,盖板整体会一起震动,可以防止孔板、连接片等脱落造成的电池失效。

具体实施方式
一种防旋转型-圆柱铝壳电池防爆组合盖板,包括盖板1、防爆片2、隔离圈3、孔板4和连接片5。
所述隔离圈3和孔板4包裹防爆片2,防爆片2与孔板4连接,所述防爆片2采用“Z”型结构,电池充放电发生异常时,电解液气化导致电池内部压力增大,防爆片2与孔板4脱离,使得电池内部压力释放。
所述隔离圈3上设置有定位凸台6,定位凸台6与盖板1上的凹孔相配合,可以防止盖板1的旋转脱落。所述的盖板1为铝合金,所述的防爆片2为纯铝,所述的孔板4为纯铝,所述的隔离圈3为高分子材料,所述的连接片5为铝镍复合片。隔离圈3、孔板4和盖板1采用机械防旋转定位。
