背景技术
缓冲托辊(impact idler),缓冲托辊用于带式输送机受料处减缓落料对输送带的冲击,主要针对洗煤厂、焦化厂、化工厂等腐蚀性环境而研制的一类托辊,缓冲托辊重量轻,旋转惯性小。托辊大多数采用专用高分子材料重量轻,比重是钢材的七分之一,用这种材料制成的托辊,重量是普通托辊的二分之一左右,旋转惯性小,托辊与皮带之间的摩擦小。
现有的技术中存在缓冲托辊的结构不合理,导致使用过程中存心缓冲辊的使用寿命减少。

一种缓冲托辊,包括转轴,其特征在于:所述转轴的两端分别安装有轴承,所述转轴外转动安装有辊体,所述辊体的外壁上设有多个缓冲环。
所述转轴的左、右两端分别固定安装有销轴,所述销轴上固定安装有连接头。
本实用新型在辊体的外壁上安装有缓冲环,缓冲环有效降低了皮带与缓冲托辊之间的摩擦,减少了皮带的磨损。
