本实用新型涉及一种高分子托辊,特别是涉及一种用于带式输送机上的高分子材料托辊。
背景技术
目前,用于特殊环境的带式输送机上的托辊通常由钢管制成,由于这种托辊耐磨程度小,不能防静电,且质量大,所以采用这种托辊的带式传送机阻力系数大,耐磨程度差,不能防静电,并且,这种托辊容易生锈,托辊磨穿后对胶带造成损害,进而降低胶带使用寿命,再者,这种托辊不符合特殊环境的要求。

针对现有技术中的问题,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种高分子材料托辊。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高分子材料托辊,包括托辊轴和辊筒,辊筒两端设置有轴承座,轴承座内设置轴承,轴承外设置有密封圈,所述的辊筒和轴承座由高分子材料制成,辊筒和轴承之间过盈配合且用坚固胶粘接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、重量轻,阻力系数小,降低了带式输送机对电能的消耗;
2、耐磨性强,其使用寿命增加;
3、不会生锈,避免了对胶带的损害;
