本实用新型公开一种自锁式拉链头，包括有拉头本体、拉片、马钩、弹片以及帽盖，所述拉头本体的上滑板上形成有用以安装拉片的拉鼻，拉鼻上开设有纵向的安装槽，马钩插装在安装槽内，马钩的顶部放置有弹片，帽盖扣装在安装槽的槽口上。由于本实用新型在拉头本体上形成拉鼻，拉片直接安装在拉鼻上，拉鼻上开设有纵向的安装槽，马钩和弹片插装在安装槽内，然后将帽盖扣装在安装槽的槽口上，把马钩和弹片封装起来，拉链头整个组装过程无需用到压铆机，组装方便快捷，生产效率大为提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及拉链技术领域，尤其是涉及到拉链的拉链头。
背景技术
拉链作为本世纪对人类最为实用的十大发明之一，已被广泛应用到各行各业。传统拉链的拉链头大致分为非自锁式和自锁式，自锁式拉链头一般是由拉头本体、拉片、马钩、弹片以及帽盖组成。帽盖固定在拉头本体的上滑板上，与拉片扣装在一起。帽盖内安装有马钩和弹片，马钩在弹片的作用下，其插齿可由上滑板的插孔插进链牙之间的空隙，从而对拉链头进行锁止。只有拉动拉片，让拉片把马钩拉起，使马钩的插齿离开链牙，解除对拉链头的锁止，拉链头才能在拉链带上滑动。传统的自锁式拉链头，其拉头本体和帽盖的安装以及马钩、弹片和帽盖的安装均是采用压铆方式安装，这使得拉链头的组装较为复杂，生产效率低。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于组装的拉链头。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种自锁式拉链头，包括有拉头本体、拉片、马钩、弹片以及帽盖，其特征在于：所述拉头本体的上滑板上形成有用以安装拉片的拉鼻，拉鼻上开设有纵向的安装槽，马钩插装在安装槽内，马钩的顶部放置有弹片，帽盖扣装在安装槽的槽口上。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果：由于本实用新型在拉头本体上形成拉鼻，拉片直接安装在拉鼻上，拉鼻上开设有纵向的安装槽，马钩和弹片插装在安装槽内，然后将帽盖扣装在安装槽的槽口上，把马钩和弹片封装起来，拉链头整个组装过程无需用到压铆机，组装方便快捷，生产效率大为提高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种自锁式拉链头，包括有拉头本体1、拉片2、马钩3、弹片4以及帽盖5。所述拉头本体1的上滑板1.1上形成有用以安装拉片2的拉鼻1.2，拉鼻1.2上开设有纵向的安装槽1.3，马钩3插装在安装槽1.3内，马钩3的顶部放置有弹片4，帽盖5扣装在安装槽1.3的槽口上。拉链头整个组装过程简单快捷，生产效率高。
拉动拉链头时，手拉着拉片2，拉片2会把马钩3提起，并克服弹片4的弹力，使马钩3的钩端3.1离开拉链的链牙，解除对拉链头的锁止，使得拉链头可自由滑动，对拉链带进行拉合或拉开。手松开拉片2后，在弹片4的弹力作用下，马钩3的钩端3.1会重新插进链牙之间的空隙里，把拉链头锁止起来。

1.一种自锁式拉链头，包括有拉头本体、拉片、马钩、弹片以及帽盖，其特征在于：所述拉头本体的上滑板上形成有用以安装拉片的拉鼻，拉鼻上开设有纵向的安装槽，马钩插装在安装槽内，马钩的顶部放置有弹片，帽盖扣装在安装槽的槽口上。
