背景技术
金属钠的常规提纯通常是采用机械过滤法实现,但是,当金属钠达到高纯的原子级别时,此方法就无法实现。现有技术中,采用化学法生产高纯钠,此方法工序复杂,投资大,成本高,因此制备的高纯钠也因为价格过高而大大限制了其应用范围。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种简化提纯工艺,提高生产效率,降低生产成本的物理法金属钠高纯提纯装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种金属钠高纯提纯装置,其特征在于包括与氮气气源相连通的待过滤罐、陶瓷膜过滤器、与氮气气源相连通的粗液储罐和清液罐,其中陶瓷膜过滤器采用错流原理设置,其通过连通管分别与待过滤罐、粗液储罐和清液罐连通。
所述待过滤罐和粗液储罐内均设有具有单向逆止的滤网室。 
本实用新型金属钠高纯提纯装置用于高纯钠的提纯。利用该装置,可简化高纯钠的提纯工艺,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,进而降低高纯钠的价格,扩大其应用范围。

具体实施方式
以下,结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式进行说明。 
本实用新型的金属钠高纯提纯装置,包括待过滤罐1、陶瓷膜过滤器2、粗液储罐3和清液罐4,其中待过滤罐1和粗液储罐3均与氮气气源相连通,其内带有加热装置,且设有具有单向逆止的滤网室。陶瓷膜过滤器2采用错流原理设置,其通过连通管分别与待过滤罐1、粗液储罐3和清液罐4连通。 
进行高纯钠提纯时,当待滤储罐1内的待滤钠液在氮气的压力下流向陶瓷膜过滤器后,滤过的高纯钠进入清液罐4储罐待运输。粗液(包括被滤去的粗液和未滤液) 在氮气的压力下流向粗液储罐3,粗液经单向逆止的滤网室进入粗液储罐3罐中。经过滤网过滤后的钠液再经过反行程经陶瓷膜过滤器进入待滤钠储罐的单向逆止的滤网室过滤后进入储罐。周而复始直至滤净后排渣。

1.一种金属钠高纯提纯装置,其特征在于包括与氮气气源相连通的待过滤罐(1)、陶瓷膜过滤器(2)、与氮气气源相连通的粗液储罐(3)和清液罐(4),其中陶瓷膜过滤器(2)采用错流原理设置,其通过连通管分别与待过滤罐(1)、粗液储罐(3)和清液罐(4)连通。
2.按照权利要求1所述的金属钠高纯提纯装置,其特征是:所述待过滤罐(1)和粗液储罐(3)内均设有具有单向逆止的滤网室。
