Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特点是,由操作屏(1)、PLC处理器(2)和显示控制装置组成,所述操作屏(1)通过工业以太网与PLC处理器(2)进行连接,PLC控制器(2)通过线路分别与吸入、排出流量显示装置(3)、干粉添加剂控制装置(4)、液体添加剂控制装置(5)、砂浓度控制装置(6)和混合液排出压力控制装置(7)连接;具有吸入、排出流量的监控功能、干粉添加剂的自动控制功能、液体添加剂的自动控制功能、砂浓度的自动控制功能及排出压力的自动控制功能,适用于大排量、大功率下的压裂作业。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田压裂设备自动控制技术领域,具体地讲是一种闭式泵混砂车自动控制***。
背景技术
目前,随着页岩气的开发,对高功率、大排量压裂作业的需求越来越多,传统的混砂车无法满足大排量的作业要求,需要多台设备同时作业。传统混砂车配置混合罐用来混配石英砂以及液体添加剂,控制复杂,尤其是滑溜水作业,经常发生吸空或者冒罐的现象,因此对于压裂作业以及场地环境有较大的影响;同时混砂车需要使用搅拌器来保证石英砂的均匀混合,不能保证充分混合效果,容易引发砂堵。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供一种闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,主要解决现有的混砂车易发生吸空或者冒罐的现象、对于压裂作业以及场地环境有较大的影响及易因发砂堵等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特殊之处在于,由操作屏、PLC处理器和显示控制装置组成,所述操作屏通过工业以太网与PLC处理器进行连接,PLC控制器通过线路分别与吸入、排出流量显示装置、干粉添加剂控制装置、液体添加剂控制装置、砂浓度控制装置和混合液排出压力控制装置连接。
其中,所述的吸入、排出流量显示装置由电磁或涡轮流量计传感器组成,通过PLC处理器和操作屏连接。
其中,所述的干粉添加剂控制装置由干粉添加剂传感器、干粉添加剂伺服阀、干粉添加剂定量马达和干粉添加剂泵连接组成,干粉添加剂控制装置与PLC处理器连接。
其中,所述的液体添加剂控制装置由液体添加剂流量计、液体添加剂伺服阀、液体添加剂定量马达和液体添加剂泵连接组成,液体添加剂控制装置与PLC处理器连接。
其中,所述的砂浓度控制装置由砂浓度密度计、砂浓度变量液压泵、砂浓度定量马达和输砂器连接组成,砂浓度控制装置与PLC处理器连接。
其中,所述的混合液排出压力控制装置由混合液变量液压泵、混合液定量马达、混合液压力传感器和闭式排液泵连接组成,混合液排出压力控制装置与PLC处理器连接。
本实用新型所述的闭式泵混砂车自动控制***与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果:1、满足大排量、高功率压裂作业的供液要求,能够使用两个排出泵同时供液,大大提高了混砂车的作业功率;2、去掉了混砂罐的设计,可以防止吸空、冒罐等极端现象对压裂作业的影响;3、全自动化作业,能够严格按照工艺要求进行作业,保证了作业的效果。

具体实施方式:
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图给出具体实施例详细说明本实用新型闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
实施例1,参见图1、2、3、4、5、6,将电磁或涡轮流量计传感器连接组成吸入、排出流量显示装置3,并将吸入、排出流量显示装置3与PLC处理器2连接;将干粉添加剂传感器4-1、干粉添加剂伺服阀4-2、干粉添加剂定量马达4-3和干粉添加剂泵4-4连接组成干粉添加剂控制装置4,再将干粉添加剂控制装置4与PLC处理器2连接;将液体添加剂流量计5-1、液体添加剂伺服阀5-2、液体添加剂定量马达5-3和液体添加剂泵5-4连接组成液体添加剂控制装置5,再将液体添加剂控制装置5与PLC处理器2连接;将砂浓度密度计6-1、砂浓度变量液压泵6-2、砂浓度定量马达6-3和输砂器6-4连接组成砂浓度控制装置6,再将砂浓度控制装置6与PLC处理器2连接;将混合液变量液压泵7-1、混合液定量马达7-2、混合液压力传感器7-3和闭式排液泵7-4连接组成混合液排出压力控制装置7,再将混合液排出压力控制装置7与PLC处理器2连接;最后将操作屏1通过工业以太网与PLC处理器2进行连接进行数据交换,读取混砂设备各传感器的数据,进行数据处理,并传达执行指令。
本实用新型的具体的工作原理如下:
吸入、排出流量显示装置通过电磁或涡轮流量计传感器分别采集吸入和排出流量的数据转变成电流或脉冲信号输入PLC处理器,PLC处理器将其换算成实际流量值,呈现在操作屏上,方便操作工观察;
干粉添加剂控制装置是根据设定的干粉添加剂比率以及吸入流量算出所需要的干粉添加剂流量,通过传感器测量出当前干粉添加剂的流量将两个数据输入PLC处理器进行PID计算,经过PLC处理器处理后,对伺服阀输出标准的线性电压信号,使输送给定量马达的液压流量呈线性变化,干粉添加剂泵输入至闭式泵的流量也随之变化,使进入闭式泵的干粉添加剂比率始终保证为设定值;
液体添加剂控制装置是根据设定的液体添加剂比率以及吸入流量算出所需要的液体添加剂流量,通过流量计测量出当前液体添加剂的流量将两个数据输入PLC处理器进行PID计算,经过PLC处理器处理后,对伺服阀输出标准的线性电压信号,使输送给定量马达的液压流量呈线性变化,液体添加剂泵输入至闭式泵的流量也随之变化,使进入闭式泵的液体添加剂比率始终保证为设定值;
砂浓度控制装置由密度计及输砂器转速传感器分别将采集的数据转变成标准的电流型号输入PLC处理器,处理器将采集的数据换算成实际的混合液砂浓度,PLC处理器根据设定的砂浓度和实际砂浓度经PID计算处理后,对变量液压泵输出标准的线性电流信号,使输送给定量马达的液压流量呈线性变化,输砂器的速度也随之呈线性变化,保证输入闭式泵的砂量连续、稳定,从而使混合后的砂浓度度保持在设定范围;
混合液排出压力自动控制装置,当排出混合液压力超过或低于设定值时压力传感器所测量的压力也随之变化,这种变化转变成标准的电流信号传送给PLC处理器,处理器将实际压力值与设定值通过PID计算后,根据设定压力值和实际压力值进行PID计算,对变量液压泵输出标准的电流信号,使输送给定量马达的液压流量呈线性变化,驱动的闭式泵速度也随之呈线性变化,它输入压裂车的压力也跟着变化。这样,供给压裂设备的混合液始终保持在所设定的压力范围内。
Claims (6)
1.闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特征在于,由操作屏(1)、PLC处理器(2)和显示控制装置组成,所述操作屏(1)通过工业以太网与PLC处理器(2)进行连接,PLC控制器(2)通过线路分别与吸入、排出流量显示装置(3)、干粉添加剂控制装置(4)、液体添加剂控制装置(5)、砂浓度控制装置(6)和混合液排出压力控制装置(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特征在于所述的吸入、排出流量显示装置(3)由电磁或涡轮流量计传感器组成,通过PLC处理器(2)和操作屏(1)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特征在于所述的干粉添加剂控制装置(4)由干粉添加剂传感器(4-1)、干粉添加剂伺服阀(4-2)、干粉添加剂定量马达(4-3)和干粉添加剂泵(4-4)连接组成,干粉添加剂控制装置(4)与PLC处理器(2)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特征在于所述的液体添加剂控制装置(5)由液体添加剂流量计(5-1)、液体添加剂伺服阀(5-2)、液体添加剂定量马达(5-3)和液体添加剂泵(5-4)连接组成,液体添加剂控制装置(5)与PLC处理器(2)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特征在于所述的砂浓度控制装置(6)由砂浓度密度计(6-1)、砂浓度变量液压泵(6-2)、砂浓度定量马达(6-3)和输砂器(6-4)连接组成,砂浓度控制装置(6)与PLC处理器(2)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的闭式泵混砂车自动控制***,其特征在于所述的混合液排出压力控制装置(7)由混合液变量液压泵(7-1)、混合液定量马达(7-2)、混合液压力传感器(7-3)和闭式排液泵(7-4)连接组成,混合液排出压力控制装置(7)与PLC处理器(2)连接。
