双层耐磨混凝土泵车专用弯管内胆,其主体为一弧形弯管,所述弧形弯管的外侧管壁厚度大于内侧管壁厚度,且在外侧管壁上自中间线位置向两侧位置管壁厚度逐渐减少且呈连续变化,至弧形弯管的两端面位置处时,弧形弯管趋近于一均匀空心筒体,同时,在整个管壁厚度渐变过程中,外侧管壁厚度在8mm~15mm的范围,而内侧管壁厚度为4mm~7mm的范围。本实用新型工艺简单,加工方便,装配容易,可有效提高其本身使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及混凝土泵车配件,具体为一种可用于混凝土泵车臂架的双层耐磨混凝土泵车专用弯管内胆。
背景技术
在现代建筑行业中,经常会用到混凝土泵车,作为混凝土泵车上的一个重要功能件,混凝土泵车的臂架弯管主要用来输送建筑用介质,它是由具有两个连接口的弯管构成,输送的介质主要为混凝土,即水泥、沙砾、砂浆的混合型膏浆类流体,其粘度高、摩擦力对管壁摩擦力大,且由于流体在弯管的弯道位置处其外侧的流速要大于弯道内侧的流速,因此,臂架弯管内的弯道外侧磨损严重,乃至迅速破损,虽然弯道的内侧的磨损很轻微,也只得更换,因而造成了相当大的资源浪费。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种双层耐磨混凝土泵车专用弯管内胆,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。

双层耐磨混凝土泵车专用弯管内胆,其主体为一弧形弯管,所述弧形弯管的外侧管壁厚度大于内侧管壁厚度,且在外侧管壁上自中间线位置向两侧位置管壁厚度逐渐减少且呈连续变化,至弧形弯管的两端面位置处时,弧形弯管趋近于一均匀空心筒体,同时,在整个管壁厚度渐变过程中,外侧管壁厚度保持在8mm~15mm,而内侧管壁厚度在4mm~7 mm。
在本实用新型中,弧形弯管的弯曲角度为6°~90°。
在本实用新型中,所述内胆优选采用高耐磨、多元素低铬合金铸造成型。
在本实用新型中,所述弯管内胆的内径为120mm~160mm。
在本实用新型中,所述弯管内胆的外径为130mm~180mm。
有益效果:本实用新型设计合理,可有效利用管壁的变化来适应膏浆流体的冲击,做到内外弯道的侧壁磨损周期一致,在节省材料的同时,方便更换维护,可有效降低混凝土泵车的运行成本。

参见图1的双层耐磨混凝土泵车专用弯管内胆的较佳实施例一,在本实施例中,弧形弯管的弯曲角度为90°,弧形弯管在中间位置1处即A-A切面处的外侧管壁厚度为14mm,大于内侧管壁厚度的5.5mm,且在外侧管壁上自中间线位置向两侧位置即沿A-A、A1-A1~A4-A4方向,管壁厚度逐渐减少且呈连续变化至弧形弯管的端面位置2处时,弧形弯管趋近于一壁厚为5.5mm的空心筒体。
在图2的另一实施例中,弧形弯管的弯曲角度为6°,其外壁厚度自中间线位置向两侧位置依次由10mm向5mm变化。
