丝锥是对其坯料进行磨削加工而得到的产品,通常对坯料采用以下工序进行:下料后先经无心磨粗磨外圆,然后进行粗磨尖、精磨尖、无心磨精磨外圆、磨方身,再用外圆磨床磨刃部,其工序有6-7道之多。由于工序多,加工机床多,加工基准需要多次反复变换,造成丝锥坯料柄部和刃部外圆跳动大,品质差,废品多,加工周期长,产量低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有丝锥加工周期长品质差产量低的缺陷,发明一种只用一道工序就能完成原来需多道工序才能加工完成的丝锥坯料成型数控磨床。
本发明的目的是按如下的方式来实现的:所述丝锥坯料成型数控磨床,包括基座,基座上设有砂轮架和V滑板;砂轮架上设有砂轮和Y滑板,Y滑板上设有X滑板,Y滑板和X滑板与砂轮轴连接;V滑板上设有导轮架和Z滑板,导轮架上设有导轮和Y1滑板,Y1滑板上设有X1滑板,Y1滑板和X1滑板与导轮轴连接,Z滑板位于砂轮和导轮之间,Z滑板上设有定位架;在V滑板上于砂轮和导轮之间设有定位架;所述Y滑板和X滑板控制砂轮的横向和纵向的位移;所述Y1滑板和X1滑板控制导轮的横向和纵向的位移;所述V滑板和 Z滑板控制定位架的横向和纵向的位移。
本发明的积极效果如下:
1.本发明为六轴数控加工,可一次磨削成型,其加工可靠,质量好,比较原工艺的6-7道工序,效率提高了8倍以上。
2.本发明加工过程十稳定,加工精度高,具体的加工精度如下:各外圆尺寸公差在0.002 mm以内,圆度0.002 mm以内,跳动0.003mm以内,表面粗糙度Ra0.2以下,外径和几何公差100%合格,比较原工艺质量提高1-2等级。
3.本发明磨削时间短,具体的时间为:上下料时间3秒,砂轮修磨时间4秒,磨削时间32秒,共计39秒。按每小时磨削92支计算,每班8小时可磨削736支,大大提高了生产效率。

操作前,将丝锥坯料设于定位架上,确保丝锥坯料在加工中准确定位;砂轮和导轮按加工的要求分别由Y滑板、X滑板和Y1滑板、X1滑板控制其进退和侧移,使工作面的外形与加工要求相吻合;操纵V滑板和Z滑板,控制定位架进退和侧移,使砂轮和导轮按加工要求将丝锥坯料修整成型。本发明带有上下料装置,可实现自动上下料。
