技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轮胎制造设备，具体地说是一种胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置。
背景技术
胎面挤出常用的除水的方法大都是通过风吹来实现的。这样的除水方式效果不佳，不利于胎面与层布的结合，而且浪费了较多能源；这样不仅降低了生产效率，而且提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种设计合理、使用效果好的胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括支架和海绵辊，支架包括前支架和后支架，前支架与后支架的上下两端相连接，所述海绵辊包括上海绵辊和下海绵辊，上海绵辊和下海绵辊的两端分别设置在前支架和后支架之间，上海绵辊上方即支架上端设置有海绵预湿水管，下海绵辊上方的支架上设置有辊筒，下海绵辊下方的支架上设置有挤压海绵辊装置。
辊筒与海绵辊之间平行设置。
上海绵辊两端通过滑道与支架相连接，所述支架上端分别设置有气缸，气缸的柱塞顶端分别与上海绵辊两端对应连接。 
下海绵辊的一端即支架外侧设置有链轮，辊筒设置有两个并分别设置在前支架和后支架上。
 本实用新型的胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置与现有技术相比，所产生的有益效果是：
具有设计合理、结构简单、使用方便、性能优良、实用等特点，操作较为简单，使用成本低，利用原有的挤出线的动力连接，除水不用电，而且除水到位，无水迹残留，有利与胎面和层布的贴合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作以下详细说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型的胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置，其结构包括支架和海绵辊，支架包括前支架4和后支架8，前支架4与后支架8的上下两端相连接，所述海绵辊包括上海绵辊2和下海绵辊10，上海绵辊2和下海绵辊10的两端分别设置在前支架4和后支架8之间，上海绵辊2上方即支架上端设置有海绵预湿水管9，下海绵辊10上方的支架上设置有辊筒5，下海绵辊10下方的支架上设置有挤压海绵辊装置7。辊筒5与海绵辊之间平行设置。上海绵辊2两端通过滑道3与支架相连接，所述支架上端分别设置有气缸1，气缸1的柱塞顶端分别与上海绵辊2两端对应连接。下海绵辊10的一端即支架外侧设置有链轮6，辊筒5设置有两个并分别设置在前支架4和后支架8上。
将该装置连接在轮胎挤出线12的末端，在挤出线12末端通过链轮6带动下海绵辊10转动。当轮胎从上海绵辊2与下海绵辊10之间进入时，支架上端的气缸1启动，将上海绵辊2向下推动，使得上下海绵辊对轮胎进行挤压，挤压出的水可落在挤出线12下方设置的接水装置11中。
 本实用新型的胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置其加工制作简单方便，按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
除说明书所述的技术特征外，均为本专业人员的已知技术。

1.一种胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置，其特征在于包括支架和海绵辊，支架包括前支架和后支架，前支架与后支架的上下两端相连接，所述海绵辊包括上海绵辊和下海绵辊，上海绵辊和下海绵辊的两端分别设置在前支架和后支架之间，上海绵辊上方即支架上端设置有海绵预湿水管，下海绵辊上方的支架上设置有辊筒，下海绵辊下方的支架上设置有挤压海绵辊装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置，其特征在于辊筒与海绵辊之间平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置，其特征在于上海绵辊两端通过滑道与支架相连接，所述支架上端分别设置有气缸，气缸的柱塞顶端分别与上海绵辊两端对应连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种胎面挤出的海绵辊筒除水装置，其特征在于下海绵辊的一端即支架外侧设置有链轮，辊筒设置有两个并分别设置在前支架和后支架上。
