本实用新型提出了锤片式粉碎机，在底座上设有机壳，机壳的顶部是进料口，机壳的内腔是粉碎室，机壳的下面设有筛网，筛网下是出料口；粉碎室内设有转子，转子上固定有锤片，底座上设有支撑架，支撑架上固定有轴承座，转子的两端支撑在轴承座上；底座上固定有电动机，电动机的转轴通过联轴器与转子的一端连接，筛网上设有多个凸起块，凸起块伸入到锤片之间。本实用新型在筛网上增加凸起块，在粉碎过程中，利用锤片与筛网及锤片与凸起块之间的摩擦作用，粉碎物料，从而提高粉碎效率，与现有的现有的锤片式粉碎机相比，粉碎效率提高10~20%。

为了提高粉碎效率，本实用新型提出一种锤片式粉碎机。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种锤片式粉碎机，在底座上设有机壳，机壳的顶部是进料口，机壳的内腔是粉碎室，机壳的下面设有筛网，筛网下是出料口；粉碎室内设有转子，转子上固定有锤片，底座上设有支撑架，支撑架上固定有轴承座，转子的两端支撑在轴承座上；底座上固定有电动机，电动机的转轴通过联轴器与转子的一端连接，其特征在于：筛网上设有多个凸起块，凸起块伸入到锤片之间。
有益效果：本实用新型在筛网上增加凸起块，在粉碎过程中，利用锤片与筛网及锤片与凸起块之间的摩擦作用，粉碎物料，从而提高粉碎效率，与现有的现有的锤片式粉碎机相比，粉碎效率提高10~20%。
