Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种耳机,包括扬声器单体,耳机后腔体,音频信号线,以及连通所述后腔体并且***述音频信号线的延伸管,其中,还包括低频增强导声管,所述导声管连通所述后腔体与耳机外部空间,所述导声管设置于所述延伸管中并与所述延伸管延伸的方向一致;所述音频信号线由定位部件固定于所述延伸管内。这种结构的耳机可以有效的提高耳机的低频特性,提升耳机的低频音效。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种耳机,具体涉及一种可以增强低频特性的耳机。
背景技术
带通话功能及音乐欣赏功能或仅有音乐欣赏功能的中高端耳机被广泛应用,在方便通话的同时,还能欣赏音乐软件所带来的高品质音乐。用户希望耳机有好的通话功能的同时,还可用于再现各种逼真而震撼的音乐效果。非封闭式耳机由于其尺寸小、便于携带、性价比高、方便与主设备配套使用等优点,被越来越多手机配套厂家和用户所青睐。但由于其尺寸的局限,对所使用的扬声器单体的尺寸也有一定的限制,扬声器单体的直径一般都在6mm至18mm之间。较小的扬声器尺寸限制了耳机的低频效果。于是各耳机厂家想方设法来提高耳机的低频性能。但是目前绝大多数厂家还是在提高扬声器单体的低频响应上改进,效果十分有限。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种耳机,可以通过改变耳机腔体结构来增强耳机的低频特性,可以明显的提高耳机的低频性能,提升耳机的低频音效。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种耳机,包括扬声器单体,耳机后腔体,音频信号线,以及连通所述后腔体并且***述音频信号线的延伸管,其中,还包括低频增强导声管,所述导声管连通所述后腔体与耳机外部空间,所述导声管设置于所述延伸管中并与所述延伸管延伸的方向一致;所述音频信号线由定位部件固定于所述延伸管内。
此外,优选的方案是,所述导声管中设置有阻尼材料。
此外,优选的方案是,所述导声管道为弯曲结构。
此外,优选的方案是,所述导声管的长度范围为1mm-80mm。
此外,优选的方案是,所述定位部件为所述延伸管上一体形成的定位管,所述定位管由所述延伸管的管壁和由所述管壁向内侧延伸出的内侧壁共同形成。
此外,优选的方案是,所述导声管由所述延伸管内部除去所述定位管的空间形成。
此外,优选的方案是,所述耳机还包括后壳,所述耳机后壳上设有透气孔,所述延伸管与所述耳机后壳连接。
采用上述技术方案后,与传统结构相比,本实用新型在耳机上设置连通耳机后腔体与耳机外部空间的导声管,并且将音频信号线与导声管分离设计,可以有效的提高耳机的低频特性,提升耳机的低频音效。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型的耳机包括扬声器单体3,收容扬声器单体3的耳机后壳1,以及与耳机后壳1连接的延伸管2。其中,扬声器单体3和耳机后壳1之间形成后腔体12,音频信号线31与扬声器单体3电连接,音频信号线31由延伸管2收容固定。耳机后壳1上设有透气孔11,透气孔11连通耳机后腔体12与耳机的外部空间,使耳机内的声音压力保持恒定。
此外,本实用新型还设有连通后腔体12和耳机外部空间的导声管23,导声管23与延伸管2的延伸方向一致由延伸管2的管壁形成。音频信号线31由延伸管2与延伸管2管壁上一体形成的内侧壁21共同形成的定位管22收容固定,延伸管2中除定位管22外的空间形成导声管23。本实施过程中,导声管23为均匀的结构。
这种耳机内部腔体与耳机外部空间由导声管23连通的结构,可以降低耳机的低频特性。这种结构的耳机在原有频率响应基础上,一方面低频响应的频率可向低频方向延展近百Hz,另一方面可将低频响应的响度提高3-15dB。显著提高耳机的低频效果,带给用户更为震撼逼真的音乐感受,使用户在欣赏hi-fi影像节目以及音乐类作品时,能够感受到令人震撼的低频成分。
另外,这种将音频信号线31与导声管23分离的设计,可以保证了整个耳机产品的稳定性,频响偏差较小。此外,音频信号线31的定位部件不限于这种定位管22的结构,也可以采用管状硬胶或金属薄壁等设计使音频信号线可以稳定的结合在延伸部2中,这些改进均不影响本实用新型的实施。
如图4所示,为一种改进结构的耳机,本实施过程与上述实施过程的主要区别在于,导声管23内部设有阻尼材料4,阻尼材料4可以进一步提升耳机的低频效果,优选的,采用具有吸附性能的活性炭材料。
此外,导声管23并不限于均匀设置的管道,如图5所示,本实用新型另一种改进结构的的耳机,如图所示,延伸管2的侧壁上和内侧壁21上位于导声管23内的部分均设有挡壁24,其中延伸管2侧壁上的挡壁24与内侧壁21上的挡壁24交错设置,使导声管23的通道形成弯曲的结构。这种结构同样可以进一步提高耳机的低频特性,提高耳机的低频声效。非均匀管道的设计并不限于图5所示结构,也可进行其他类似改进,在此不再详述。
本实用新型导声管23的长度根据具体情况确定,优选的,长度位于1mm到80mm之间的数值。
此外,本实用新型可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种改进,例如,可以在透气孔上设置防尘防汗的阻尼网,或者改变导声管的形状,或者将导声管设置为独立的部件等均不影响本实用新型的实施。
Claims (7)
1.一种耳机,包括扬声器单体,耳机后腔体,音频信号线,以及连通所述后腔体并且***述音频信号线的延伸管,其特征在于,还包括低频增强导声管,所述导声管连通所述后腔体与耳机外部空间,所述导声管设置于所述延伸管中并与所述延伸管延伸的方向一致;所述音频信号线由定位部件固定于所述延伸管内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述导声管中设置有阻尼材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述导声管道为弯曲结构。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一权利要求所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述导声管的长度范围为1mm-80mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述定位部件为所述延伸管上一体形成的定位管,所述定位管由所述延伸管的管壁和由所述管壁向内侧延伸出的内侧壁共同形成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述导声管由所述延伸管内部除去所述定位管的空间形成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机还包括后壳,所述耳机后壳上设有透气孔,所述延伸管与所述耳机后壳连接。
