本实用新型涉及一种防水耐电晕耐高温导线的加工技术领域。
背景技术
普通绕组线只能绕制常规的变压器、电抗器和电机线圈,它是通过绕包的方式将绝缘纸、薄膜、编织带等直接包覆于导体表面,导体和绝缘层之间未建立牢固的粘结力,所以,普通的绕组线在结构上比较松散,绝缘耐受电压能力比较低,特别是在潮湿环境下绝缘不能抵抗湿度影响会使绝缘性能迅速下降。电机线圈长期运行及在一些特殊环境下使用时对线圈的耐高温能力提出了要求,为确保电机绕组线的防水性能、高耐受电压能力及耐高温性能,提高产品的机械性能和电气性能,选用轻质优质材料,研发一种复合绝缘、防水、耐高温性能好的防水耐电晕耐高温导线就成为当前应解决的主要问题。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对上述缺陷,提供一种复合绝缘、防水、耐高温性能好的防水耐电晕耐高温导线。
本实用新型包括七股相互绞合的铜导体,在所述绞合的铜导体外侧依次设置耐电晕补强云母绕包层、聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层和纳米复合绝缘涂层。
本实用新型将圆铜杆进行表面剥皮处理并拉制成Φ0.20mm~Φ2.5mm的圆铜线,再对圆铜线进行绞合,形成结构紧凑的绞合铜导体,然后将耐电晕补强云母带通过50%半叠包的绕包方式绕包到上述绞合铜导体上; 再在绕包耐电晕补强云母带的导线外绕包聚酰亚胺薄膜并涂覆一层纳米复合绝缘涂层,最后高温烧结。
本实用新型由于外设纳米复合绝缘涂层,可以通过高温烧结技术将包覆在绞合铜导体的耐电晕补强云母带、聚酰亚胺薄膜牢固地粘结在一起形成一个整体绝缘并牢固粘附在绞合铜导体表面,产品绝缘薄,绝缘层密封性能好,能够耐高温,绝缘等级可达C级以上,产品可广泛应用于采油电机、风力发电机的线圈绕组。本实用新型可提高产品绝缘性能,耐受电压能力大于10000V以上,是普通产品的2倍。

如图1所示,本实用新型设有七股相互绞合的铜导体1,在绞合的铜导体1外侧依次设置耐电晕补强云母绕包层2、聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层3和纳米复合绝缘涂层4。
