本实用新型涉及触控技术,尤其涉及一种电容式触摸屏。
背景技术
随着触控技术的高速发展,具有多点触控功能和更强灵敏性的电容式触摸屏正在逐渐取代传统的电阻式触摸屏,得到越来越广泛的应用。现有技术的电容式触摸屏均采用多层复合玻璃屏结构,在内层玻璃上蚀刻ITO涂层作为导电基层,外层玻璃作为保护层。
然而,发明人在实施本实用新型的过程中发现,这种结构的电容式触摸屏厚度大,成本高,触控性能一般。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电容式触摸屏,该触摸屏可大大减少产品厚度、降低成本,且触控性能更加灵敏。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种电容式触摸屏,包括有蚀刻电路的第一ITO膜(ITO FILM)层,所述第一ITO膜层的上下表面均有蚀刻电路,并均引出FPC电路;在第一ITO膜层上方覆盖有玻璃盖板,所述第一ITO膜层和玻璃盖板之间通过光学胶层粘接;且在所述第一ITO膜层下方还设置有第二ITO膜层,所述第一ITO膜层和第二ITO膜层之间通过光学胶层粘接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的实施例通过在第一ITO膜层下方设置第二ITO膜层,并采用双面FPC电路,从而大大减少了产品厚度、降低了成本,且达到了触控性能更加灵敏的效果。

下面参考图1详细描述本实用新型的一个实施例;如图所示,本实施例主要包括有有蚀刻电路的第一ITO膜层1,第一ITO膜层1的上下表面均有蚀刻电路,并均引出FPC电路4;在第一ITO膜层1上方覆盖有玻璃盖板2,第一ITO膜层1和玻璃盖板2之间通过光学胶层31粘接;且在第一ITO膜层1下方还设置有第二ITO膜层5,第一ITO膜层1和第二ITO膜层5之间通过光学胶层32粘接。
