铝箔卷装盒机，是用来将已经成品的铝箔卷装入包装盒内的机械设备。装盒机中设有传送装置，用来将成品铝箔卷机械化的传输至装盒口的位置。现有技术中，传送装置上放置铝箔卷的料斗通常是固定连接在传送装置中的链条上，料斗的横截面为U形。因此，这种铝箔卷装盒机的料斗存在以下的缺点：由于料斗中U形的，即料斗的侧壁是竖直的，不管是人工放入铝箔卷还是通过机械手放入铝箔卷，都存在对不准料斗口的现象；另外，料斗始终是处于运动状态的，即链条始终带着料斗做移动，增加了投放铝箔卷的难度；因此，这种料斗使投放铝箔卷不稳定，从而降低生产效率。
