本实用新型属于废旧铅蓄电池综合再利用领域,具体涉及一种设计合理,节能减排和高效环保的废硫酸回收装置。
背景技术
目前,在我国国内大量的再生铅企业规模小,投资少,工艺落后,设备陈旧,回收率低,综合利用率低,能耗高,污染严重非法地下炼铅厂,基本上没有采用预处理分选技术,废稀硫酸被大量直接的倒掉处理,均以原始落后的工艺处理,不仅严重污染生态环境,同时每年几万吨的稀硫酸资源散落到自然环境中,对土壤环境造成破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷而提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、设计合理、回收率高,节能减排和高效环保的废硫酸回收装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括盛放废旧电池电解液的罐体,所述的罐体分别设置有废旧电池电解液进口,Ca(OH)2加料口和罐体排出口;所述的罐体排出口通过管道依次与第一泵,压滤机和弱酸罐相连;所述的压滤机设置有固体排出口。所述的弱酸罐通过管道依次与第二泵和补充液***相连。
本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、能很好的中和,产生的物质硫酸钙可送水泥厂配料。
2、液体返回***作为补充液,熟石灰作再生剂,安全可靠,来源广泛,价格低;
3、操作简便,***可长期稳定运行。
4、解决了废硫酸的回收问题,不再外排,污染环境。
5、结构简单、成本低廉,设计合理和回收率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所述,本实用新型包括盛放废旧电池电解液的罐体1,所述的罐体1分别设置有废旧电池电解液进口2,Ca(OH)2加料口3和罐体排出口4;所述的罐体排出口4通过管道依次与第一泵5,压滤机6和弱酸罐7相连;所述的压滤机6设置有固体排出口8。所述的弱酸罐7通过管道依次与第二泵9和补充液***10相连。
本实用新型所述的罐体1内通过Ca(OH)2加料口3加入Ca(OH)2后其反应式为:H2SO4+Ca(OH)2=Ca SO4+2H2O
由上述反应式中得到的CaSO4和H2O通过第一泵5进入压滤机6内,所述的压滤机6将固体压成滤饼通过固体排出口8排出,所述的压滤机6将液体通过管道进入弱酸罐7内。本实用新型所述的滤饼可以送到水泥厂配料;所述的液体可以用做补充液,制酸或者作为污水进行处理。

1.一种废硫酸回收装置,包括盛放废旧电池电解液的罐体(1),其特征在于:所述的罐体(1)分别设置有废旧电池电解液进口(2),Ca(OH)2加料口(3)和罐体排出口(4);所述的罐体排出口(4)通过管道依次与第一泵(5),压滤机(6)和弱酸罐(7)相连;所述的压滤机(6)设置有固体排出口(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废硫酸回收装置,其特征在于:所述的弱酸罐(7)通过管道依次与第二泵(9)和补充液***(10)相连。
