本实用新型涉及一种干燥装置,尤其涉及一种节能干燥装置。 
背景技术
在涂布机的干燥装置中,通常采用烘箱对水性转移膜表面的水分进行加热烘干,而这样的干燥方式起到的干燥效果不好,不能让水分充分的蒸发,从而影响水性转移膜的品质;另外烘箱在加热烘干的过程中排出尾气具有很高的热量,而热量却不能很好的利用,在一定程度上增加了能量的消耗,提高了生产成本。 
发明内容
本实用新型在于克服上述不足,提供一种干燥效果更好同时也降低能耗的节能干燥装置。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的: 
本实用新型节能干燥装置,包括箱体,所述箱体的内壁设有灯架,所述灯架上设有红外灯管,所述箱体的上方设有电热管,所述电热管的上方设有风机,所述风机的上方设有无源热管热回收机,所述无源热管热回收机设有热管,所述无源热管热回收机的顶部设有进气口和出气口,所述进气口位于出气口的右侧。
本实用新型节能干燥装置,所述红外灯管有多个。

本实用新型节能干燥装置,采用红外灯管对水性转移膜进行烘干,干燥效果更好,同时从箱体内排出的尾气的热量通过热传递可以加热新风,也降低了能耗。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型节能干燥装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体1的内壁设有灯架2,所述灯架2上设有红外灯管2-1,所述红外灯管2-1有多个,所述箱体1的上方设有电热管3,所述电热管3的上方设有风机4,所述风机4的上方设有无源热管热回收机5,所述无源热管热回收机5设有热管6,所述无源热管热回收机5的顶部设有进气口7和出气口8,所述进气口7位于出气口8的右侧。 
在风机4的作用下,新风从进气口7进入无源热管热回收机5,然后离开无源热管热回收机5后在电热管3内加热,随后进入箱体1内,在红外灯管2-1的作用下,水性转移膜表面的水分充分蒸发;随后从箱体1产生的尾气进入无源热管热回收机5,由于尾气具有一定的热量,通过热管6的热传递可以对新风进行加热,升高了新风的温度,降低了电热管3的功率,减少了能耗。

1.一种节能干燥装置,包括箱体(1),其特征是:所述箱体(1)的内壁设有灯架(2),所述灯架(2)上设有红外灯管(2-1),所述箱体(1)的上方设有电热管(3),所述电热管(3)的上方设有风机(4),所述风机(4)的上方设有无源热管热回收机(5),所述无源热管热回收机(5)设有热管(6),所述无源热管热回收机(5)的顶部设有进气口(7)和出气口(8),所述进气口(7)位于出气口(8)的右侧。
