背景技术
目前市面上大部分排水杯都是通过在不锈钢杯体上设置螺纹直接与下水管路连接。该结构在使用一段时间后，水容易沿螺纹连接处流出下水管外，造成水泄漏，密封性较差。因此，有必要作进一步改进。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、安装方便、生产成本低的洗涤盆排水器，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。 
按此目的设计的一种洗涤盆排水器，包括排水杯、隔渣篮和密封盖，排水杯下连接有下水管，排水杯与下水管之间连接有带分支口的歧管，分支口与多个排水杯或防溢器连接，下水管与歧管之间连接有防臭弯管，其结构特征是排水杯外部设有一排水杯外套并与下水管路连接。 
所述排水杯外套的下部设有与歧管或连接管配合连接的外螺纹。 
所述排水杯外套的内壁上部设有内螺纹，排水杯的外壁安装有与内螺纹配合的排水杯外螺纹。 
所述内螺纹的上端设有一凹槽，凹槽内安装有一密封圈；该密封圈与设置在排水杯外壁顶部的胶环压紧密封。 
所述排水杯外套采用塑料材料制成；排水杯采用不锈钢材料制成。 
所述排水杯外套和/或各水管塑料件中设置有加强件，所述加强件为加强筋、或金属网、或金属螺旋丝。 
本实用新型在不锈钢排水杯外安装上一塑料排水杯外套，该外套与下水管路连接，增加了排水杯的强度及密封性，减少了水泄漏。其具有结构 简单合理、安装方便、生产成本低的特点。

参加图1-图4，一种洗涤盆排水器，包括排水杯1、隔渣篮2和密封盖3，排水杯1下连接有下水管4，排水杯1与下水管4之间连接有带分支口的歧管5，分支口与多个排水杯1或防溢器6连接，下水管4与歧管5之间连接有防臭弯管7，排水杯1外部设有一排水杯外套8并与下水管路连接。排水杯外套6的下部设有与歧管5或连接管9配合连接的外螺纹8.1。排水杯外套8的内壁上部设有内螺纹8.2，排水杯1的外壁安装有与内螺纹8.2配合的排水杯外螺纹1.1。内螺纹8.2的上端设有一凹槽8.3，凹槽8.3内安装有一密封圈8.4；该密封圈8.4与设置在排水杯1外壁顶部的胶环1.2压紧密封。当排水杯外螺纹1.1与排水杯外套8上的内螺纹8.2旋紧后，胶环1.2把密封圈8.4压紧，增加了排水杯1与排水杯外套8之间的密封性。排水杯外套8采用塑料材料制成；排水杯1采用不锈钢材料制成。排水杯外套8和/或各水管塑料件中设置有加强件，加强件为加强筋、或金属网、或金属螺旋丝。

1.一种洗涤盆排水器，包括排水杯(1)、隔渣篮(2)和密封盖(3)，排水杯下连接有下水管(4)，排水杯与下水管之间连接有带分支口的歧管(5)，分支口与多个排水杯或防溢器(6)连接，下水管与歧管之间连接有防臭弯管(7)，其特征是排水杯外部设有一排水杯外套(8)并与下水管路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤盆排水器，其特征是所述排水杯外套(8)的下部设有与歧管(5)或连接管(9)配合连接的外螺纹(8.1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗涤盆排水器，其特征是所述排水杯外套(8)的内壁上部设有内螺纹(8.2)，排水杯(1)的外壁安装有与内螺纹配合的排水杯外螺纹(1.1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗涤盆排水器，其特征是所述内螺纹(8.2)的上端设有一凹槽(8.3)，凹槽内安装有一密封圈(8.4)；该密封圈与设置在排水杯(1)外壁顶部的胶环(1.2)压紧密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤盆排水器，其特征是所述排水杯外套(8)采用塑料材料制成；排水杯(1)采用不锈钢材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗涤盆排水器，其特征是所述排水杯外套(8)和/或各水管塑料件中设置有加强件，所述加强件为加强筋、或金属网、或金属螺旋丝。
