Abstract

本发明公开了一种水泵检修的放空结构,它包括水泵、与水泵两端连接的吸水管和出水管、在吸水管和出水管上设置的检修阀门,在检修阀门与水泵之间的管道下端分别连接有放空管,在放空管上安装有截止阀,放空管的出口连接至泵房的排水沟。本发明操作简单,水泵检修时,只需将水泵吸水管、出水管的检修阀门关闭,并打开放空管上的截止阀,就可以将水泵及其管路的积水放空,有组织地排至泵房排水沟,保持泵房的操作环境干净整洁。

本发明涉及一种水泵检修的放空结构,属于工业给排水技术领域。
背景技术
在工业厂矿中,水泵是常用的加压设备,水泵的维护及检修是工厂中一项重要的日常工作。通常水泵检修时,需将水泵吸水管、出水管上的阀门关闭,再将水泵拆卸后,水泵泵体、吸水管、出水管里的积水为无组织排水,影响泵房的操作环境,不便于检修;尤其是自灌式水泵,需将水池中水位降低,才能减少水泵及其管路的积水,方便水泵检修,但这种方式会影响整个工段的生产运行,协调起来比较困难。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提供一种水泵检修的放空结构,不需要降低水池水位即可有序地将水泵及其管路的积水放空,能保持泵房的操作环境干净整洁,便于操作,克服了现有技术的不足。
本发明是这样构成的:它包括水泵1、与水泵1两端连接的吸水管2和出水管3、在吸水管2和出水管3上设置的检修阀门4,在检修阀门4与水泵1之间的管道5下端分别连接有放空管6,在放空管6上安装有截止阀7,放空管6的出口连接至泵房的排水沟8。
上述的水泵检修的放空结构中,放空管6的直径为20mm,截止阀7的接口直径为20mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明操作简单,水泵检修时,只需将水泵吸水管、出水管的检修阀门关闭,并打开放空管上的截止阀,就可以将水泵及其管路的积水放空,有组织地排至泵房排水沟,保持泵房的操作环境干净整洁。

具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:它包括目前厂矿中常用的水泵1、与水泵1两端连接的吸水管2和出水管3、在吸水管2和出水管3上设置的检修阀门4,在检修阀门4与水泵1之间的管道5下端分别连接一根放空管6,在放空管6上安装一个截止阀7,将放空管6的出口连接至泵房的排水沟8。为了满足厂矿中常规的水泵泵体、吸水管、出水管里的积水迅速排出,并且放空管6适于布置安装,可将放空管6的直径采用20mm,截止阀7的接口直径采用20mm。

1.一种水泵检修的放空结构,它包括水泵(1)、与水泵(1)两端连接的吸水管(2)和出水管(3)、在吸水管(2)和出水管(3)上设置的检修阀门(4),其特征在于:在检修阀门(4)与水泵(1)之间的管道(5)下端分别连接有放空管(6),在放空管(6)上安装有截止阀(7),放空管(6)的出口连接至泵房的排水沟(8)。
2.根据权利1所述的水泵检修的放空结构,其特征在于:放空管(6)的直径为20mm,截止阀(7)的接口直径为20mm。
